Good location, room clean and tidy, but did not wow me like I thought it would based on some of the reviews I had read before I went. Room was adjacent to the AC units so it was noisy and not a great view. Breakfast was ok - but the budget hotels do it a lot better and if I'd paid the full rate I would not have been that happy. No cover on back of remote control and one of the lightbulbs out on the bedside cabinet. I've stayed in better Premier Inns for a cheaper rate, plus the rooms are a little bigger. |

helpful, cheerful young staff, excellent pool/spa, great location, very good breakfast and excellent pizzas at the spa bar. Without wishing to be negative, our room(Executive twin) was quite small and would have been annoying if we had stayed more than one night. |

The overall appearance of the hotel was nice and had beautiful surroundings. The staff were very polite and always happy to try and meet your needs also the hotel has very good facilities. On closer inspection rooms are not that clean, we found numerous hairs in the two rooms we stayed in (the first room flooded after we had a shower). Restaurant food is overpriced for the quality you get and The heater was very noisy if you can eventually get it working. After asking for a wake up call at 8:30 we got one at 8:00 and then got told there wasn't even a record of us ordering one?? |

Staff quick to change room for us so we had a canal view. Husband had to have a doctor while we were there, no fuss ,very efficient reception staff. All very pleasant and very polite. Cleaning staff very pleasant too. A lovely experience again. Loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Towels beautifully soft...such luxury! Unable to change room temperature, very warm as was the whole hotel, just turning the temperature down a couple of degrees would still have been warm enough. |
