For business use it had everything I needed;eg, free wi-fi,; reasonable menu; good size TV; good selection of TV channels; good service; good location; good size rooms; garden; comfy bed; clean. When I asked for an alternative (mushrooms instead of salad) it was provided without any hesitation. Needs longer ethernet cable in the rooms; did not like the sausages at breakfast; chips looked like they had been pre-cooked and cooked again and so looked full of fat

Room was not overly large but was adequate. Breakfast was buffet style good range of food choices. Breakfast seemed a little disorganised. On arrival to the room it was extremely cold, the windows had been left open and there was no heating on - once we closed the windows and switched on the heating it soon warmed up. Sound from other rooms was also a bit of an issue having been kept awake by another customer who coughed most of the night.

Nice and quiet hotel near the centre of the town and therefore very convenient for shopping and restaurants. Except for the lady receptionist, all other front line staff, including the bar and restaurant staff appeared to be cool individuals. They provide the service and that's about all. Total lack of enthusiasm, interest and helpfulness.

The bed was so comfortable! I slept really well. Lovely location for a night out in Fleet. Staff were courteous, if not always forthcoming. This place could be really nice - given a little love and care! The room was on the ground floor, a long way from reception and adjacent to a beer garden. My immediate concern on entering the room was the huge window, with no net curtain, and more importantly no security on any of the windows. A burglars paradise! Everything in my room was on view to those in the garden which meant I had to draw the curtains (which had holes in!), permanently. Breakfast was ok, but a little cold and they forgot my coffee.

Hotel is in a very peaceful spot although its only a few steps away from Fleet's High Street, great location, lots of places to eat and 3 major supermarkets within walking distance Room was nice and clean and smelt clean. Housekeeping was very efficient 10/10 We would probably stay there again though but would hope they had bought a new high chair before then! Bed was lumpy, could feel the springs High chair for baby wasn't in good condition at all, no tray they need to buy a new one for sure Travel cot provided was ok but only after they came to the room with the 3rd one Walls thin, could here people next door clearly

Comfortable, quiet, good location, very good breakfast, friendly staff. Housekeeping a bit random - only one set of towels provided on two occasions for a couple, toiletries only replaced randomly, toilet paper not replaced on one occasion - however reception sorted this out each time. This aspect needs improving.

It was a nice homely hotel with log fires in the lounge and good little bar. My room was a little dated albeit still clean but the bed was really old and uncomfortable - there were more modern rooms though. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. i had an old room with a really old uncomfortable bed. Also the TV could not tune in which was annoying.

Very nice room- Efficient staff-Walking distance of centre of town and therefore handy for local restaurants. Close to main roads into London. Reasonably priced. The Hotel did not have Gymn or Spa facilities but if it did,it would have been reflected in the price. The water pressure on the cold tap in room 56 needs adjusting though.

Nice looking hotel with good car parking I should have had a double room but the hotel had not updated Booking.com so I was given a single room which was tight on space and no view apart from a flat roof with plastic domes over air vents. Food not great, my steak was cold in the middle the plate had not been heated, vegetables over cooked in all 3 out of 10. Breakfast in the morning was just OK, but the sausages were not cooked in the middle and although I was in the restaurant 20 minutes before closing I felt they couldn't wait to get rid of me. When I checked out, the receptionist asked if stay was ok, so I told him about the steak....He said he would tell the chef...that was it. Would not stay there again.

Everything about this hotel I found excellent, the staff were polite, helpful and efficient the room was first class clean, large and comfortable the public areas were very comfortable I found a nice spot on a leather chair in front of a log fire (brilliant) my evening meal was first class as was the inclusive breakfast, I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to many of my colleagues. Not a complaint, but Carling lager on draught would have been nice

Clean, great value for money, spacious rooms, free parking, good location. The Breakfast buffet was out of many items, the staff seemed flustered and nobody seemed to be in charge of the situation.
