efficient set up, taxi's pick up and drop off well organised. nice comfortable bedroom, friendly staff. Lovely cosy bar/seating area to relax in with snacks available through evening if arriving later. Will use everytime now when flying from Gatwick, definitely recommend
The bed comfortable and nothing to much trouble.
Got woken up very early because they decided we needed to move our vehicle. Would have been great if they could have thought about this the night before at check in.
we liked the little fox's that why we used it every time we gone on holiday ,
Could not get cooked breakfast
Only stayed one night , found it comfortable . No complaints .Nonn
The staff. Special thanks to the night staff. He ia very friendly.
No hot water in the sink.
Being able to stay one night before and after a holiday and park the car for 15 days at a good price.
Ideal base for overnight stay and airport parking. Bite to eat, bed, taxi arranged to airport and on return. No frills but it works well.
Hard to find.
Room was warm and cosy with all necessary facilities.
The cooked breakfast was £8.95: rather expensive as there was no choice in the items to be ordered. It would be useful for a menu to be provided from which guests could choose which cooked items they would wish to order.
The staff were excellent as we trouble with are on arrival and they went out of there way to help and all was well in the end.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfy beds. Good location for Gatwick Airport. Reasonably cheap accommodation.
Couldn't get heating to work. Food choices extremely limited and overpriced. Needs updating and thorough cleaning.
The gentleman who made the breakfast was fantastic and the best hotel breakfast I have had for years. Couldn't rate this exactly on staff because of experience of check in. But staff more than excellent on breakfast.
Receptionist not clued up on our last stay. Couldn't calculate 2 separate bills,so paid in full and sorted out ourselves. Didn't know we were staying the night, thought we were just collecting our keys for car. Then thought we were leaving car and coming back at a later date. Also would've liked chair in bedroom rather than lying on bed.
Good size twin room
Aditional payment for brekfast
Ease of stay, very comfortable and quiet. Great airport car parking facility.
The buffet breakfast only option at the weekend had a very meagre choice just toast cereal or yoghurt no rolls, croissant , muffins, ham, cheese or fresh coffee as you might expect.
Close proximity to Gatwick but out of the way
Breakfast & great customer service
Excellent Taxi service which worked very well
Location Room fine - very comfortable good facilities Excellent rtransport to airport - effecient & friendly both ways
Location, you have the peace of mind knowing you are close to the airport and not having the worry of the M25 and M23 being a problem and missing your flight. We have been using them now for last three years. They are also competive on price.
bed comfortable room clean
Welcoming receptionist, efficient and friendly. Self service breakfast.
Morning staff, no greeting, no social interaction at all.
It's location to Gatwick Airport, the friendliness of the staff, the car parking facilities, the value for money, very early breakfasts, and the taxi arrangements.
It can be a little noisy if, like my wife and me, you want an early night for an early start in the morning.
