Room was. A little small but never the less very nicely presented. The remote on the TV wouldn't work. Very nice owner and very nice facilities.would recommend to family and friends Would definitely go back.

A really cosy and comfortable b&b where we aim to make you feel at home whilst respecting those who wish to remain as private as possible . Rooms are all en suite with hospitality trays and towels included . Various breakfast options available. We can provide afternoon teas or lunch platters ,just let us know in advance please . The hot tub is for pre booked private session use , we do make an additional charge . Pleasant garden area with covers seating area. We are happy to consider requests for one well behaved dog but we do charge an additional cleaning fee . We aim to provide a personalised service tailored to meet individual guests , just ask and we'll see what we can do to help with your plans during your stay. Having a great village pub on our doorstep is a massive bonus for guests . Tom will always help with transport where possible and point you In the right direction for local good pubs , restaurants if you fancy going further afield . We also offer exclusive whole house lets ,feel free to enquire as this can be more cost effective for groups of 6 as it includes full private use of all facilities .

Neighborhood info

The local area of Lutterworth is a market town with historical connections to Sir Frank Whittle and John Wycliffe that guests will find very interesting . There are plenty of places to eat and drink in the town and local villages . Walcote itself is a friendly and safe place to stay with a warm welcome at the local pub which serves great food and ales and hosts occasional music nights . Lovely area for cycling and walking , close to Foxton Locks if you enjoy canals . Some lovely local tea shops and visitor centers have recently opened up that also host small festivals and markets . Recently some exclusive boutiques and spas have opened that we have special links with ….just ask and we can try and help with your planning .
