Can beds be too big? Possibly! The water was not well contained within the walk-in shower. It washed about the bathroom.
The welcome and helpfulness of the staff. The comfort of the room. The excellence of the food at breakfast and the one dinner with guests.

We stayed at Littlebeck Warren beginning of March for our wedding anniversary, we stayed in the Marble suit. We were also joined by friends who stayed in the copper suit. Bothe rooms were excellent, really cosy and beautifully decorated. The staff were exceptional, going out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. The food was outstanding. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Shower broken, hairs found in the bathroom, lack of storage, photos on Web site taken with a wide view lens so in short your being lied to,cost I've had far better weekends away costing between £180 and £320 I spent over £500 in house and to be honest felt I had been ripped off.

We turned up a bit early and the staff were very accommodating. Our stays here are always great. Would highly recommend staying here, but you probably need to book quite early!

I liked everything about our few days stay. It was just the small touches that made the stay much more enjoyable.

Breakfast staff very miserable.
As we arrived at Littlebeck we was greeted by Simone, she was fantastic, very well mannered and could not do enough for us. The place was immaculate, we had a drink at the bar then was shown to our room. It was absolutely stunning, the bed was huge, we stayed in the copper room and it was pure luxury. The bath was amazing, so relaxing. Slept great, breakfast was really nice, fresh juice, tea and coffee. Lots of different options to choose from. The dining area is a really nice space to enjoy your meal. The chef Christian was great, very easy to get along with. Fantastic night away with my fiancé. Highly recommended

A bottle of water in the room would have been nice. Ironically, I got one in a "goody bag" at the end of my stay!
Should you be looking for a slice of luxury a few miles from Whitehaven, then look no further! Excellent room. Great staff. Wonderful breakfast. And regular buses into Whitehaven!

The room was fantastic as was the breakfast

The actual area itself wasn't overly pretty (though the house itself was impressive). Parking was a little on the tight side, though it worked better than I'd thought.
This was a strange combination of B&B and Small Hotel which we'd never encountered before. It worked well. The whole business seemed to revolve around a young(ish) man who serves as Receptionist, Public Relations Executive, Chef and part-time Waiter. He was exceptional, and made us feel very much at home. Dinner was as good as we'd come across on our travels, and the actual eating areas were first-class. Breakfast was also a delight. Our room looked as if it had been recently renovated, and the bathroom in particular was exceptionally modern.

Our stay was very enjoyable, we felt at home, the staff are great, also food, a lot of nice little touches, ie drinks on arrival & a bag of goodies for our journey home, but most of all the room was so comfy, & our bed was huge & we had the best sleep ever. We were in the wooden room. Congrats to Sue & her great staff for an very enjoyable stay.
