Staff very knowledgable and couldnt do enough for me. Helped me plan a hike and were flexible with breakfast times.

bit of a long drive down the lane to get there and i suspect most sat-navs will give up as out of signal!

Rob was very kind and helpful, when we needed our walking gear drying out. we were given a warm welcome and helpful guidance about local walks. The home cooked breakfast and evening meal was delicious. We didn't need to travel anywhere to eat out and other guests came to the farm to eat.

The host was very friendly; he treated us like members of the family. The cooking was superb and children were encouraged to hand-feed newborn lambs. The views were wonderful.

One of the bedrooms was rather on the small side; another was rather cold. The living room was less modern than the rest of the house but still cosy.

The location was great for hiking and loved the new lambs at the working farm. Great hosts and breakfasts. Very clean amd mice rooms.

Make sure you have a detailed map to locate. Wish they had more details on web site on how to find after getting lost. Easy to find once we found.

Fantastic location, right amongst the hills on a working farm, with breath-taking views in all directions. The staff were friendly but not intrusive. The room was very comfortable, clean, with appropriate decor.The breakfast was first-class and couldn't be faulted. Would love to go back!

Accommodation was very cosy & comfortable, & exceptionally clean. Staff were very friendly & helpful, & even rescued us from being stuck in the snow. Food was lovely, especially the cooked breakfast. Superb location

Great food loved it nice people

We had a fantastic time. We emailed them to day we would be arriving early and emailed straight back to say our room was ready. Coffee and tea on arrival. Lots of good advise on the local area, rooms clean and beautifully decorated. The owners were friendly and welcoming, the food was really good and will do evening meals if requested, have their own bar. Loved it, the location is perfect looking out on to the hills. We have booked again!

Absolutely brilliant time, friendly, homely, welcome atmosphere, nice rooms, great location, first class food, well looked after by very nice people.

Re-stricted phone reception, but then not sure if thats a bad thing or not!

The owners are so friendly and welcoming and recommended a lovely drive, a great place to eat and a lovely hill to walk (just beside the farm). The room was so cosy and the view and surrounding area was breathtaking. I would defintely recommend to anyone.

Lovely friends staff and a real homely atmosphere. This B&B is et in the most beautiful location which really is unbeatable. You can literally walk staright up a mountain. The views are incredible and its a very romantic setting.

No TV in room however when you are staying in such a lovely outdoor focussed place this is not really a problem however would have been nice.

Only downside for us was no evening meals while we were there (between Xmas & NY) but plenty of good eateries in Keswick so wasn't a problem
