We received a warm welcome from the staff at reception. In fact all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The service in breakfast could have been slightly better eg.. We had to wait long time to catch someone's attention about pot of tea... Maybe it would be better to get tea coffee self service?. The table got very cluttered with pots as we were a large table and the pots didnt get cleared away..

from the moment i walked in to when i checked out the staff where very friendly and helpful they could not do enough for me the room was great and the breakfast most enjoyable

the location was excellent as was transport links, the city centre was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful, everything was clean and tidy, the breakfast was brilliant - everything was fantastic - would recommend coming to anyone.

Good staff very friendly and clean

The location was excellent. Immediately opposite Lime Street Railway Station, and just around corner from Bus Station and shopping just a few steps further. Also near to St Georges Hall and the Walker Art Gallery. The staff throughout were friendly and very helpful, particularly our room maid and Kathy in the restaurant at breakfast. Good selection in the restaurant for breakfast, and dinner was superb.

Poor signeage, particularly for Tourist Information Centre. Check-in clerk at hotel marked city map putting Tourist Information at side of Lime Street Station, whereas it actually has entrance through side door of St Georges Hall.

got a great deal with booking .com , location excellent for meeting family in city center and eating out and shopping .Breakfast good as with a child i paid she ate free

Not having more time available to enjo all the facilities of Liverpool City

It was the ideal location if going shopping as just around the corner from all the shops, bars and restaurants. Would definately stay here again if coming back to Liverpool and yes, I would recommend it.

I just found the bed a bit too small for a couple. But other than that...no complaints.

The Magical Mystery Tour is a must brilliant guide and the Cavern is excellent great music

At night it is filled with Police can be intimidating at times

check in was quick and staff pleasant and helpful. Location was great within walking distance of all myself and daughter wanted to visit.

Everthing there is good specialy its inside the centre and 50 meter from train station i like it and prefer it to all who want to injoy at liverpool

The wifi must be available all over the hotel not only till second floor

We found the room to be very cold. When we enquired at reception we were told that several people had complained so the heating had been reset. The next day it was just as cold and we were told to let the system run for another 1/2hr. After an hour it was only thowing out cold air. A convector heater was then put in our room which did help but it did not keep the whole room warm.

I thought the staff were very kind and so helpful. Also the hotel is located in a great spot.

The room was way to hot and stuffy.

Enjoyed the liverpool city, night life was relaxing and fun. The hotel was in an excellent location, our room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The only thing i didnt like was the kettle and iron in our room, they were dirty with grime.De-scaler wouldnt go a miss.

Not much beyond that I'm afraid. This is what constitutes a financially cut to the bare bone hotel with nothing in terms of character or personality. A truly souless experience. Somewhere to lay down and nothing beyond I'm afraid. Think Ryanair hotelwise and you'll be on the money...
