Good location, excellent breakfast, bar prices reasonably good I booked 2 x twin rooms, on arrival the only option was doubles and both rooms had to have a very very uncomfortable "put me up"bed installed. This left no room whatsover, wardrobes could not be used. I still have a backache because of this. |

The comfort of the room. The variety at the breakfast buffet. A hen party was staying at the hotel and they disturbed us throughout the night. The disturbance lasted until 5am saturday. This spoilt the stay at crown plaza. |

The swimming pool The first room we were offered overlooked the road and was not pleasant. We were however quickly offered another room with a better view. The breakfast room was very crowded and hot but the quality of the breakfast excellent. |

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it, starting with breakfast (very nice buffet!) and right through to the pool. Staff were very friendly & helpful! The "family" rooms, essentially single/double bedrooms are a little bit crammed. |

Our room was fairly spacious and the staff were very helpful Our room phones would accept calls but we could not call out. I reported this as soon as we arrived but nothing was done to solve the problem. Had to go through reception for outside calls which was tedious. |

Hotel was in a very good location near to all attractions in Liverpool providing easy access. Room was very nice with everything you would need for a short break and was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent |

The rooms were great, really clean which my number one focus! Two problems I had was that I paid the extra money to stay for the leisure centre which was not nice, food & alcohol were not value for money, there is definitely better value in city' will not stay again |

We enjoyed the comfort and facilities, slightly marred by the health club not having large towels for us one morning. Well located, easy for city centre and Albert docks. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, staff were efficient and friendly. |

the pool the noise was too loud as there was a wedding on i complained twice because my room was above the fuction room and nothing was done about the music, it stayed on till 1.35am when my partner and i wanted an early night so we could sight see early morning and it was my partners birhtday, i felt that sat night was wasted, i wont attend your hotel again very dissapointed as i was'nt the only to complain. |
