had a bad experience last time i stayed here but all this was fully rectified this time.staff,food,service,location,excellent would fully recommend this hotel to anyone staying in liverpool.

Great breakfast, use of taste card was also a bonus. Fantastic location, lovely bed and the gym was good too.

Wifi was not that great in the bedroom, but that's not really a problem as 3G signal was good.

Room was a bit warm,air conditioning not great,would have preferred to open a window,and plastic mattress cover on bed is uncomfortable from a heat kind of view Would also prefer a walk in shower

It would have been nice to be asked if we had enjoyed the stay but absolutely nothing was said on check out. Felt quiet unfriendly. Three staff there but not one said thank you or indeed anything. Not good. Not what you would expect for such a hotel.

Staff were very helpful. Excellent facilities. Good location. Intend to stay there again.

Room very tired. Toilet seat was loose. Fridge not working. Ice machine on our floor not working, this reported but not repaired. Only three sun beds around the pool area and four chairs.

Loved the pool, the breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were nice and staff were very friendly especially one girl who checked us in on arrival.

Myself and my son stayed for 3 nights and had breakfast 2 of those mornings as we were leaving too early the third morning to get some. I found the price of the 3 nights to be a small bit on the expensive side. I paid 650 euro in total when leaving the hotel. 3 nights accommodation including breakfast, one meal which i charged to the room and room service for 2 coffees.

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Very comfortable bed, bedroom and facilities. Excellent food (breakfasts and tapas) and restaurant/bar service.

Location and car parking good price for city centre

When I checked in they took swipe of my credit card normal had meal signed to room told I had not swiped card said I had they said first time was for the room second time was for extra's I have never had this anywhere in the world before

All the staff we encountered (reception, bar, restaurant and door man) were friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble for any of them!

I have no dislikes very happy with all aspects of my stay.

Breakfast was great especially the porridge. Beds very comfy and great view of River Mersey. Great location and quiet.

Air conditioning in room faulty. Gym/pool changing shabby We were not asked if we had enjoyed our stay on check out which is unusual. Parking should be included for guests.

The staff was extremely helpful, pleasant and nice. It is a great location right on the Mersey. It is a 10 minute walk to downtown Liverpool and conveniently located to everything

We were charged top money for the hotel and selected it for its location and facilities, which was supposed to include a spa and pool. Disappointing does not summarise enough how we felt when we went to the spa to find it closed. we weren't even told when we checked in.....what a con
