Friendly staff and very helpful. Great location. Spacious room.
Room was very warm and a bit dated. Pool was crowded with noisy unsupervised children who were running and jumping in the pool.
Loved the size of the room, cleanliness, room service, the staff were excellent/friendly and the location was very good as it was right next to the train station as i travelled by train and its bext to all the shops.
1 of the beds had a bit of lump on 1 side but it didn't interfere with my sleep.
All staff very welcoming and helpful
Not a wide choice of cereal
Loved the location and the decor of the hotel. We were offered a upgraded room for £15 extra on check in including car parking, no brainer for us parking was £12.50 over night. Our room was very spacious, warm and comfortable. Although our room was facing the main road we did not hear a thing all night.
Bit pricey for a one night stay, but as a one off was willing to pay the amount.
Staff were excellent throughout
The "tray charge"!
Very comfortable bed. Not too hot in the room. Lovely breakfast.
Paying for WiFi
Rooms were not as expected they do need to give the hotel a much needed revamp to bring it to date
Nice hotel friendly staff .
Nothing everything was fine.
The whole package
Ideal for theatres, art galleries and city shops
When busy lifts were jammed
Good hotel in very good location, especially for Lime Street Station. Breakfast good, also bar snacks and room service available.
Some staff not very helpful.
The location is great - the city and transport links are right on your doorstep. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was lovely.
Room was a bit cold. Bar was expensive.
The hotel opened a portion of the restaurant to accommodate 12 of us for lunch. (it is not normally open at this time there is a little bar downstairs but this was busy. The waitress was excellent.
The fact that we had asked for twin beds but was told that because we booked through booking.com that it was only a request and that we were not guaranteed twin beds. This is not easily apparent on booking.com website so won't book with them again as had to wrangle with receptionist to get twin beds.I am not happy sharing a bed and would want guaranteed twin next time.
Excellent location in the centre of Liverpool
We were given a smoking room as we were told we could only book a preference through booking.com and not a specific room i.e. non-smoking.
the room is big with nice view
the check-in time is a little late
The lack of instructions to the car park. Bus lane only to the front of the hotel. Remote did Not work and finally not one would answer th phone so not a good experience overall.
Good room size as we were upgraded from twin to 2 double bedded room
Room very cold and no blankets provided so we had to ask for them but they came very quickly
Great central location with friendly welcoming staff. Comfortable room, hot shower, very good breakfast.
Only thing i could fault was that the drinks at the bar where rather expensive.
The location of the hotel and the breakfast was good
The price was way over the top. I booked for a deluxe twin room, the picture shown was of two double beds. However all we had were two singles, limited tea and coffee and only one packet of biscuits. For £249 this was extremely overpriced.
Staff were very helpful, location was excellent for the Town Centre
An annoying flashing red light from the smoke alarm that kept me awake. No Fridge in the room?
Right in centre by station, theatres, shops. Good breakfast.
Overpriced rooms and expensive wifi (should be free!)
Great location opposite Lime St Stn, with the main shopping centre right behind the hotel.
Great location. Very nice to have a leisure centre in a city centre hotel.
comfort of room
£320 for one nights stay
