The service from staff at this hotel is absolutely perfect, especially the front desk ladies. Everyone is helpful, polite and very friendly. I stay at hotels a lot and this one is by far one of the warmest welcome.

Staff very friendly food in bar was excellent

199 sterling for 1 night for a small double room with no breakfast included is far too expensive for this hotel

The Matriotts standard was first met by the fantastic welcome and subsequent service from the receptionist Michele. People skills second to none. The bedroom was large and well maintained Nd the bed was delightful like sleeping on a cloud. Central location was excellant to all places we wanted to visit.

Cost of room was expensive with no breakfast included in the price. This however is the standard for most centrally located hotels.

The staff were friendly and helpful especial the gentlemen on the luggage desk, and the young lady who cleaned the room. The lady in the spa was so good, kind and understanding with my son who has Autism. Great location.

The location of the room ! I feel as i was a mother with my young son they thought we wouldn't mind a side room above the car park :-( This is a general assumption of most hotels with the exception of one or two!

Staff were very helpful to a first time visitor, in terms of attractions and where to visit, especially reception staff and concierge. Hotel very central for all visitor attractions. Room very comfortable and clean and with a view as requested.

Deciding on whether you wanted breakfast the night before to get a reduced rate was a little strange.

Loved the location, staff very friendly and extremely helpful nothing was a bother.

Room too hot no aircon , room at the rear of the hotel so when we opened the window the music was blaring to the early hour of the next morning.

We arrived early and within 1inutes reception had organised for our room to be ready. When we got to our room they had also provided a bottle of wine and birthday card which again only could have come from a conversation at reception. We did not realise that it was the Giants weekend and had to walk through town for which they were extremely apogetic even though it was obviously not their fault. Quick checkout meant we just dropped our keys into a box with no need for ques.
