We liked the easy style of the staff. My impression was that they were capable of dealing with any problem I may have had. On the information from the website i booked with check in was at 2pm. On arrival the desk said this had been changed to 3pm. Not a major problem as our bags were looked after at the hotel whilst we went for a walk but a minor niggle. |

The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was excellent for touring the city & shopping. The staff very friendly & helpfull. The towels could do with updating! |

The location of the hotel Yes. The fact that your check in time is stated at 2pm but when we tried to check in at 2pm in order to get changed for a wedding at 4pm, we were informed that check in was 3pm. We were rather annoyed about the inconvenience and our rush to get ready in time |

the hotel is in an ideal location in liverpool city centre- bus station outside the door , lime street station across the road , soccer stadiums within 30mins walking distance and the new liverpool shopping area within 5mins walk ! |

I received an electric shock from the main light switch and I had to ask a technician to come and switch off the air conditioning manually at 1am because of the noise it made, but the control panel had failed and I was unable to do so myself. Also, the lifts take forever to arrive. |

The staff was very nice. The room was lovely and well appointed. We have stayed at numerous Marriott hotels and usually seek them out. The hotel was very warm during our stay. The hotel staff moved us to a different room but it was also warm. The halls were stiffling. Otherwise this was a great place to stay. |

Comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is excellent for getting about the city and handy for bars and restaurants. On 6 floor, noise like pneumatic drill which, we think, was caused by wind gusts vibrating under the corrugated metal eaves. Bad enough during the day, but very disturbing at night. |
