Friendly, very helpful staff.
No free wifi. No ice machine.
The hotel was clean tidy with amazing views the staff were lovely and all facilities were great will 100% come back again and again.... it’s a real treat.
Nothing bad to say at all...
Everything from start to finish was excellent.
We couldn't stay more than 1 night!
Reception staff were wonderful!
Broken lampshade and chipped mug in bedroom.
Location, convenience, staff and food
Cigarette buts on the floors outside the lifts. Marks on bedsheets and towels. Dirty
Excellent staff- very helpful! Breakfast was first class & room superb! Very impressed & would stay here again when visiting Liverpool
Cleaness - quality of beds
No Bidet - no hand held shower
Sauna, jacuzzi and pool were ideal for relaxation. Staff always friendly and happy to help.
Drink prices in the bar were quite dear, £2.50 for a small glass of cola! Dressing rooms to swimming area could be updated and modernised.
Large room, great central location, lovely staff on the desk
Stayed in the penthouse suite, and the decor is a bit dated and the room does have a bit of wear and tear
Location was great.
Friendliness of all staff throughout stay.
Location near to Liverpool Lime St station and City centre is excellent.
Initially allocated an awful smoking room, which stunk and would have been impossible to sleep in, not to say very unhealthy. I refused to accept it and was then offered another room after 10 minutes. The hotel blamed the fact on the lack of a guaranteed booking via Booking.com and that they were full. Disgraceful. Also there were drunk guests in the corridor at various time of the night which suggests to me that there was no security in the hotel.
Location. Friendly staff.
Easy to find, plenty of parking at reasonable price, very central so walking distance to shops, bars, dock.
Location near train station and shopping
Decor bit dated and lobby bar not very comfy or modern.
Location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our meals in the bar and breakfast had a good choice with freshly made omelettes to your choice. Parking was easy.
There was a spotlight right outside our window which was visible at night but really we liked the hotel so much we didn't mind and most rooms probably wouldn't have this
Most helpful and friendly staff. Most comfortable stay of our entire two week trip. Arrived by train and could see the Marriott before we even left the train station.
Nothing I didn't like.
Proximity to the city centre and the Empire theatre where we saw a great play.
Charging for car park
Cleanliness, facilities, really friendly staff, good breakfast, location
We Loved everything we have stayed in a lot of Hotels in the UK and USA this has to be the best. We could also smoke.
Not one single thing
The staff were faultless, really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also great and had a wide selection of lovely food!
The penthouse suite was very disappointing. The furniture was cheep and uncomfortable. The towels we had were smeared with make up so obviously hadn't been cleaned/changed. Half the jets in the bath didn't work. There were a selection of movies to watch but the vast majority were £9 and more expensive than it would be to buy new!! I also felt that having to pay £15 for wifi ontop of the £289 for 1 night in the room was extremely cheeky. I would not recommend to anyone.
