The bed frame was very weak and the mattress was so bouncy, so I felt every move my friend made. I think the bed needs replacing as a whole, especially if we are being charged for that room rate.
At the time of booking, I put down three people in the room, but there were two towels, so we were one towel short (no big deal, but more attention to detail would be great.)
The shower temp control was very hard to turn to reduce the water temp. Slightly worrying as i am not disabled (it was an accessible room, credit to the owners for that), but it was hard enough trying to reduce the temp without straining, how would a disabled person turn the temp down quickly if the water too hot for them and they were on their own?
The breakfast was yummy and lovely staff, very accommodating, called a taxi for us (we're deaf) also responded to our requests very quickly etc).
Love the Llamas trek and watching them eat while having my coffee.
I temporarily lost my walking boots, the owner kindly let me borrow a pair of walking boots for the trek which was going the extra mile and I cannot fault the staff's welcomeness and accommodating manner.
