Good location and relaxed.

I loved LLANDUDNO, I want to go. I've celebrated my birthday 12.05 from my son. I'm 6 years alone, and last year my parents died. They were beautiful moments in LLANDUDNO..I've already recommended a LLANDUDNO my friends .I LOVE YOU,,,,,,,,

This is a 2nd rate hotel sadly Seaview but very dirty windows Hotel scruffy inside & out

The location and the view from the hotel wads lovely.

Self service Restaurant.

The entrance , but even that had smokers hanging around not nice on arrival.

Very unclean.No hoovering,dusty and very shoddy room. Tiny old television. Very lumpy beds.Food always cold and cheap, mostly cheap as possible.No parking on site.Parking had to be miles away. Llandudno was super though and festival great or would have left.

Top location, always promised myself I'd stay here. Not put off by the negative reviews. This is not luxury, but it's fine for the money.

No wi-fi. The breakfast was very ample but so focused on large coach trips everything was very canteen like and done in vats (even the jam!). There was so much milk etc left out on benches.tables I wasn't confident about the freshness. Maybe this is a way to cut costs but there must be great wastage.

its location, entertainment & how old fashioned it is.. will book again in the near future as realy enjoyed my stay.

The over all stay was very good, room 418 could be looked at as far as the tile grout in the bathroom does need a good clean, also the piece of wood used for a hanger for coats etc needs looking at, and the telly wants up dating, the colour is rubbish.

The biggest problem was the Saturday night beef for the evening meal, this I smelt as soon as I entered the dinning room, I was not sure if it was this untill I tasted it, and the heaved, I spoke to a member of staff on the floor at the time, and asked him to smell it he agreed it was off, but they carried on serving it, other wise every thing else was all ok, and was value for money.

It was awful breakfast was cold, the room was freezing cold and we were at the top of the hotel. We were not happy at all and will not be returning. Disgusting.

General decor poor / in need of overall rework; evening meals poor quality - no fresh vegetables; staff etiquette mixed; untrained / inattentive waiting staff.

The staff were extremely helpful and approachable. I thought they worked quietly and efficiently. The view from the hotel window was exceptionallt beautiful!!!

The decor of the room was a liitle tired and dated. The T.V was awful! It buzzed and only 3 channels were clear enough to watch. The plumbing spat and rattled as soon as the hot tap was turned on.

Décor quite tired in places

The room was pleasant with a good see view. We paid extra for this facility and was well worth it. The staff are always pleasant and looked after me (in a wheel chair).

We have been before and wanted to have a snack in the bar, we new that it stopped serving at 5.00pm but for some reason this time snacks were not available after 3.45pm. We had arranged our journey to use the bar snacks. Very disappointed with no snacks available.
