Used the hotel as a stop over as travelling with young children. We visited the country park and the millenium before heading to Tenby and it was great! Friendly staff, clean room. Does what it says on the tin.

There wasn't a cot for our baby but we didn't mind as she slept with us

Clean room. Friendly staff both in the hotel and restaurant. Comfortable bed.

Room was by a busy road but next time we will ask not to be near a road. Only 1 set of towels had to ask for another.

Cannot praise the helpfullness of the staff. Everyone was most welcoming and friendly, from the reception through to the housekeeping and the adjoining Beefeater. Nothing seemed too much trouble - and it is withoubt doubt the best Premier Inn I've stayed in, mainly because of the staff!!

The only down side of this stay was Booking.com - I wont be using them in a hurry!!! Appauling service - filled in an online review and still awaiting any response, and I suppose I will be waiting for a very long time as well!!

Very clean and comfortable room with a wonderful bath and shower and friendly staff.

A cold plate for a cooked breakfast breakfast, the internet connection to be paid for after first half hour, not being able to open the window and arriving back from the National Eisteddfod just after 10.30pm to find the bar of the adjacent Beefeater closed and being addressed as Lovely when informed of this by the barmaid.. Nothing to indicate one was actually in Wales.

Coastal Path in Llanelli Rhossili bay Manorbier Castle and bay

Friday morning in beefeater asked for 3 bowls of porridge. Received 3 child portions. Manager and one young lady attending, not very helpful. Presume they having a bad day. Other days fully staffed and excellent.

The staff were very helpful and make the children feel really welcome. They have a bear called Fred which the children had for our stayed. Food in the Beefeater was lovely.

Service in the restaurant was very slow and parts of the order forgotten or delayed

Reception staff were super friendly (we loved Fred the Ted - thank you) The room was spotlessly clean, air con was welcome, the bed was amazingly comfortable. Beefeater next door was great both for dinner and breakfast.

Location wasn't pretty but good for us as visiting a nearby relative. Nothing on site except rooms and reception. A communal area would have been nice.

The very pleasant reception on checking in, thorough and knowledgeable. The quietness and comfort of the room.

The confusing approach to the Premier Inn. Attention to driving being the first consideration, it was easy to miss the turn-off, and then the car park entrance.
