close to a road and a little noisy so could not keep window open.

Brilliant customer service. My partner Christine mentioned to reception the water was not hot when she had a shower. The lady on reception said she would investigate if there was a problem with the hot water system. As we checked out the receptionist said there was a problem with heating the water she had called an engineer and she refunded the cost of our night in the hotel. Fantastic customer service. Well done Premier Inn.

Proximity to rugby we were attending. Friendly staff, comfortable room and eating facilities at Beefeater immediately next door were excellent. Very good value for money overall.

Restaurant not clean price for room was to high 76 pounds for 85 pounds in swansea I stay in 4 stars hotel village with pools

Usual high standards of staff friendliness and cleanliness.

As ours was a leisure trip the location (our choice not knowing the area) was not ideal. Also would like some drawer space for shirts/underwear etc. Re question 6 below, in our short 3 night stay, we didn't actually get into Llanelli, so can't comment.

Staff very helpful and very polite. Very Clean and tidy.

No fridge or safe. Not enough coffee, tea, milk & sugar. Cost could be better, considering other hotels I've been to in some cities.

Receptionist's were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Bed was comfortable. We would certainly stay at the same hotel again.

Would have gone to my usual hotel, if l could have,as for an extra £5, it would have included breakfast.And l think that whatever price you pay, it should include your breakfast.would not recommend,without breakfast.

Room was comfortable and the rooms were quiet with no noise from other guests. The location of the beefeater next door was good. The receptionist Pat was extremely friendly and helpful and one of the nicest front of house staff we have met.

I liked the staff they were very friendly.The room was excellent and very clean,the bed was very comfortable.My breakfast was delicious and you could have as much as you liked.Service was also very good.

Good value for money, within short driving distance of my family in Llandeilo. Excellent facilities and shopping close by. Friendly staff always available at any time.

The tap and wash hand basin in the bathroom. Badly designed/adjusted because with any water pressure the water sprays out from the basin.

We booked breakfast which was at the neighbouring Beefeater. Breakfast was pricey, when we got ther we stood at the doorway for 10 minutes before being shown to our seat. We were informed that there was no sausages available with the breakfast yet the waitress asked how many sausages we wanted. We were then told to help ourself to the continental breakfast of which there wasn't any. We asked for a refund and won't be visiting any Beefeater establishment ever again.

The hotel was clean, the receptionist (Pat) was very helpful and informative, cleaning staff friendly.

The Breakfast service let down the stay. Waiting for a table was lengthy to say the least with some of our party leaving to go elsewhere, When we were eventually seated (30 mins later - when tables were empty) there was next to nothing at the starter tables ie no juices, cups for tea, grapefruit segments or any other, etc. and a distinct lack of staff to help. Quite some time later we were asked what breakfast we wanted, the waiter wasnt exactly helpful and did not explain the options available. The breakfast arrived cold and to find any waiting staff to help was impossible. And one other point when leaving our table I pointed out that two of our party had been waiting for 20 mins by the door to a member of staff, who just shrugged his shoulders and did nothing, they were in reception complaining when we came from our room with our bags.

The receptionists were very nice and polite, if we needed anything it was done and apologised for their being no parking spaces on the Saturday evening, as we wasn't the only people trying to park up for the evening, the rooms were spotless, which is always a good thing

On the Saturday evening we had to park in the morrisons opposite as there were no parking spaces in the car park at 7pm, due to a game being played on tv in the beefeater next door, think this could be solved by having a section of the car park for people staying at the premier inn and other part for everybody else, if it wasn't for a quick change to go back out for a few hours it could of been very annoying to have had nowhere to park as morrisons only give u 2 hours free
