My home town and it makes me sad to see the town centre each time I visit. excellent elements to the place but a car is needed. Great location to stay if your itinerary includes places in the region.

It’s a great place to stay as a base as the coastline is lovely, Llanelli centre isn’t much to write home about tbh, but there’s all the shops you would need, but as we played golf in the area it was just what we needed.

It's tricky because I live here....I love it, amazing beaches and facilities nearby, but it is a big town and there are positives and negatives as anywhere. Public transport is poor and only a few taxi companies work at night, so plan your trips well. There is a real choice of places to eat and drink and entertainment can be found for everyone most weekends. Gateway holiday park always have something going on for all the family and there are many great pubs/cafes/restaurants in town and in the surrounding villages.

Was once our family home but the lack of good employers and businesses have resulted in the town running down and forcing people with hopes of a future away. the Gower peninsula however is still a stunning beauty spot.
I get back to the area when I can as we still have family in the area and many childhood memories still.

We thought there should have been some hooks to hang large coats on Extra coat hangers would be useful As we were in the disabled room an extra chair would be a good idea As it was a disabled room a lower shelf would be handy

It is located near the M4 corridor so east to travel to Swansea Cardiff, West Wales and Gowerand . Its near the beaches and also woodland areas, lots of places to walk and cycle. Hotel prices in Llanelli can be a lot cheaper than City prices, many hotels having on site parking.
room very clean and tidy. staff exceptional. very friendly and helpful at all times. ample off road parking
the breakfast was excellent and great value. good central location for sightseeing. ample parking off road behind the property. 5 minutes walk from llanelli town and rail station with 15 minutes ride to swansea town center and great access to south west wales to the west via a very scenic coastal train ride.
Room lovely and spacious, room service was swift, food was lovely in restaurant, breakfast buffet was fantastic, brilliant atmosphere, great service (I didnt catch her name but a blonde polish lady serving in the restaurant was absolutely a credit to the hotel and deserves a pay rise!) Overall a really lovely stay.
clean modern very friendly hotel.
I stayed here 20 odd years ago and it was appalling so have avoided it since. Big mistake
The hotel is great these days very friendly and the food especially the breakfast was excellent.
It will be my go to hotel when I visit Llanelli every few weeks
Good location, very quiet area but also only a short walk to Town centre and other amenities.
Staff very friendly and helpful, assisted with local information on where to eat etc.

Apartment was spotless, modern, had everything that you need !! Views amazing, and great location for visiting different places around South Wales. Host was really helpful - left us some snacks which was a really nice touch ! Will definitely visit again
Maurius the chef could not have been more helpful or obliging. His food was wonderful and he really went out of his way to look after me and make me feel so welcome. The hotel is spotless and very comfortable. The location is very quiet and peaceful.
Staff were personable and welcoming. The room was dated but served it's purpose. Its a central location for llanelli. We had a big family lunch, food was enjoyed by all. We will definitely stay here again.
Rooms were great hotel facilities all good - dinner was very good - Breakfast one staff member over run didn't get a hot cup of coffee until 3rd time of asking - bar area comfortable
