This 4-star hostel is in the beautiful Vale of Llangollen. The refurbished town house has free Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, private rooms and single beds in dormitories. The Llangollen Hostel is a refurbished Victorian house with traditional charm and original character. There are twin, double and family rooms. Single beds in a 6-bed dorm are also available. The accommodations were clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast good and plentiful and the en suite bathroom was great. There were no towels and I didn't know that there wouldn't be.

Great size room, very clean. Kids loved the lounge room with the huge selection of games for them to play. Great to have the use of a very clean , fully equipped kitchen too. Would definitely recommend to others and use again ourselves.

Excellent hostel ideal for a group of mates biking at llandegla and not far from snowdon, Helpfull staff who where concerned after my bike accident, wanted to help in anyway they could. Helped with directions for a local curry house. Other guests where friendly in a relaxed chilled out place to stay, this is the 2nd time we have stayed and im sure there will be a 3rd time not to far away! Thanks Nothing at all!!! its great!

Very clean, excellent kitchen facilities - good breakfast offered. Cosy lounge - books, games, fire. Neat twin bedded rooms - very clean bathrooms/toilets. Staff very helpful & friendly. Ideally situated for walking the Llangollen Round charity walk - home from home - more like a B&B than a YHA & very reasonably priced - would definately recommend & stay again. No car parking facilities at YHA though public pay car park behind YHA.

What an excellent gem! Very clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay that doesn't make a dent in your pocket! A great place to base yourself for a tour of North and Mid Wales. Bad memories of hostelling?? Come and eradicate the demons here! A superb facility and we shall definitely be staying again!

Cosy, relaxed, friendly, tidy. I found the price for en suite room for 4 people a little expensive. We did stay in bunk beds and not even towels were provided..

Great, friendly staff and homey place. Very clean and welcoming. The mattress wasn't the most comfortable I've ever slept on, but definitely not the worst, either.

Much better than anticipated and better than lots of b and b's. Very clean, with exceptionally friendly staff. In the centre of town though that meant not in the countryside! Will definitely go again and recommend to all!!
