Hosts were wonderful to us. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely breakfast with locally sourced ingredients. Bed to die for. It was like lying on a cloud! Jacuzzi was excellent for walker's legs! Beautiiful marble and granite features. Top quality everything.

Bit difficult to find. Had to ring once we had gone through the village but owner came in his car to lead us to the house.

Not clear that evening meals were not available but owner helpful in booking dinner elswhere and gave us directions to the nearest restaurant which was excellent.

The Llwyn Helyg Country House is excellent accomodation, we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay there recently. On arrival we were made very welcome by Caron and Fiona and throughout our four day stay they were always friendly and pleasant. The house is beautiful and our room can only be discribed as perfect. We would definately stay there again and recommend it to others .

This newish country house has an established look in a delightful tranquil setting.Inside is contemporary-the owners clearly have a flair for interior design managing to blend clean lines with comfort-marble floors, stone and hardwood decor, with great attention to detail, comes as standard in public areas and bedrooms. The vaulted music room with amazing acoustics is stunning.Cooked breakfast was spot on.Caron and Fiona, exemplary hosts, were welcoming throughout and also recommended an excellent local eatery.Highly recommended.

    Wifi quality.

Our welcome. Instantly loved the atmosphere. Immediately wished we were staying longer but we are planning to return for a few days mid week to get some work done - my husband is an artist and I am a writer so it's a perfect vibe for us and the listening room is amazing too - huge speakers/comfy sofas/ beautiful high ceilings and views. Breakfast was really great. I seriously did not want to leave!

Loved it all - if I had to be really picky I would love a swim before my breakfast if you ever think of building a pool - but with beautiful Jacuzzi baths in every room it's just relaxing anyway. Loved attention to detail and feeling so welcome we will definitely be going back in a few weeks.

Thought the owners were very welcoming and the house was lovely.

Thought that perhaps some table and chairs could be put in the garden for the guests to enjoy.

Everything about this major surprise in Llanarthne was wonderful. The hosts were outstanding--Caron is an excellent source of information about the surrounding area, and he helped us map out activities for the time we were there which turned out to be much better than anything we planned. The house is magnificent--the decor, amenities that led to our comfort, our room and ensuite, the beautiful breakfast room, and delicious breakfast, the gardens, quiet and privacy, but most of all, the incredible music room where Caron demonstrated his fabulous equipment. Would you believe that Fiona is also a licensed massage therapist? So I scheduled a soothing reflexology appointment in their beautifully equipped massage room to soothe my sore feet after walking 6 1/2 miles! The hosts were also more than accommodating when they helped us out with a few problems that normally B&B hosts wouldn't help with. I would go back there in a heartbeat if there were not so many other places left to visit for the first time! However, I will heartily recomment Llewyn Helig to anyone traveling to Wales.

There was nothing not to like.

The incredibly warm welcome, the attention to detail, the delightful room, the amazing music...

They don't do dinner, so you have to go out to eat. Not a problem per se, but on a Sunday night, there's not much open...

The house is amazing and Caron and Fiona have gone to great lengths to ensure the highest quality in finishings. The bedrooms are fabulous with marble and a wonderful jacuzzi bath. Caron and Fiona are extremely hospitable and nothing is too much trouble. The location is central for most places in South Pembrokeshire. We will definitely go back. Also they have an incredible music room! 10/10

Very personal service as soon as I arrived I was greeted and my luggage taken inside then offered tea and welsh cakes after a long journey. The rooms were stunning large and excellently furnished with a large Jacuzzi and the views overlooked the countryside. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order and I was assisted with map directions to where I was going next.
