Friendly staff, nice location. Coming by road from the south, take the second road up to Llwyn Onn not the first. There is apparently a dispute between the council and residents as to responsibility for maintenance of the private(?) road. The result is that the first turn-off leads to a dangerously-potholed, axle-breaking section. No bar or dining room. This is a bed & breakfast establishment only.

The guest house was spotless & homley. The staff were very warm, polite & very helpful - the full Welsh breakfast was amazing, worth going just for that!!! Rooms were spacious & comfortable & its location to most of Wales was ideal, set in a really beautiful setting. I would recommend it to anyone & will deffinitly be returning there in the future. Nothing at all im pleased to say.

Excellent breakfast Slightly odd room layout - the toilet was in a room off the bedroom as usual, but the shower and washbasin were in the room itself. This made the room a bit steamy after a shower. Also meant no privacy if you prefer your other half not to stare at your wash routine. Not a big problem, just slightly unusual.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming with excellent breakfast and good facility to cope with a young baby. The room was very comfortable and clean and a good size for 2 adults and one child. There are few good places to eat nearby.

It is reasonably priced and is clean, adequate for one night. Atmosphere is a little bit sterile, not much character really, am sure there must be nicer places to stay in the area. Had a problems getting hot water. Breakfast was very average, clearly not good quality sausage used etc. ok for putting your head down but would probably not go back.

Room very clean and spacious. Good parking facilities. The 25 minute wait for breakfast on the 2nd morning! Rubber egg (note singular) and cold toast. Security light on all night outside window.
