The location of the Guest house could not be better if you’re visiting the Breacon beacons. The Hostess Patricia was very welcoming, extremely nice and very helpful. The restaurant staff at Breakfast were very friendly and very efficient. The room was very nice and we had views of the Lake which was idyllic. The Breakfast overall was good, a nice selection of Yogurts and fruit and a Full Welsh Breakfast was served. All in all we loved the guest house and its everything you would want from a weekend break from the city. Highly recommend. The one thing about the room I was not keen on was the shower cubicle, this was basically a clear glass cubicle in the Bedroom, a curtain divider would have been good or even better a separate en suite room. The bacon and the 1 Sausage was a bit disappointing though as not the best quality.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The owner, who was the only member off staff on duty when we arrived in the afternoon was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and and made us feel uneasy and like we were just a burden. It was also very cold as the heating wasn't on when we arrived.

The guest house was spotless & homley. The staff were very warm, polite & very helpful - the full Welsh breakfast was amazing, worth going just for that!!! Rooms were spacious & comfortable & its location to most of Wales was ideal, set in a really beautiful setting. I would recommend it to anyone & will deffinitly be returning there in the future. Nothing at all im pleased to say.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming with excellent breakfast and good facility to cope with a young baby. The room was very comfortable and clean and a good size for 2 adults and one child. There are few good places to eat nearby.

It is reasonably priced and is clean, adequate for one night. Atmosphere is a little bit sterile, not much character really, am sure there must be nicer places to stay in the area. Had a problems getting hot water. Breakfast was very average, clearly not good quality sausage used etc. ok for putting your head down but would probably not go back.

Room very clean and spacious. Good parking facilities. The 25 minute wait for breakfast on the 2nd morning! Rubber egg (note singular) and cold toast. Security light on all night outside window.
