    Room was spacious Good location

The bed covers had either dog or cat hair on them :( Being in the bottom room the noise of people above was very loud!

Very central location, polite and helpful staff. Good WiFi. Kettle and tea bags etc in the bedroom.

Decor looked a bit DIY. Cleaner needs to do more than vacuum the floor and wipe surfaces. Very English breakfast with instant coffee, sliced bread and inedible sausages.

Wonderful breakfast. Central but not on the front, just behind it. Close to car park. We could park free for four hours on the front and free in car park at night. No problems Great advice from hosts on eating out.

No free parking in the day close by but better after 6 PM. Staff were helpful and advised as best they could.

Nice service, room and food. They stayed around and called me when i missed my check in time. Room was big and facilities were nice. Breakfast was really good for the cost.

None really except that the hotel was split into two buildings (one with loads of rooms and mine the other with another load of rooms and breakfast area). I request some sort of magic portol..... otherwise it was not really an issue.

The Guest House was relatively easy to find and situated away from the main high street and so quiet, but within immediate walking distance of the sea front. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room-considering my budget- was of good quality, clean and did the job. As this was my first BnB stay (ever) I was impressed all round.

Check-in process was friendly and additional questions about beer and wales were answered and recommendations were given. The room was just what we needed, there are no drawers or wardrobe, but who needs that anyway. There is a sink and kettle in the room. 5 mins walk from the beach!

The shower had the worst pressure I have seen in ages, but it seems to be a welsh thing unfortunately. We have experienced it more than once along our journey.

Very accomadating, kept in contact by text. We were running late so they extending the check in time for us. The Guest House is in an ideal location very close to the sea front. We only stayed 1 night but would definitley consider staying again for longer. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the shared bathroom was very modern. The cooked breakfast the next morning was lovely and you could help yourself to tea, coffee, juice, cereal and yoghurt. The other half was fasinated by all the F1 memorabilia in the dining room (not my cuppa tea though). Would highly recommend this guest house great value for money and the owners were very friendly.

I didn't like the idea of the shared bathroom but that is just a personal preference it certainly did not dtract from the lovely stay

Located perfectly just around the corner from the Promenade and the beach, 5min from the station. Cinema just down the road. Quiet street, good for undisturbed sleep. Comfy bed, flatscreen telly, good (and substantial) breakfast. Nice atmosphere.

Lack of certain niceties you'd expect in a B&B - no towels, no glass for toothbrush, cereals at breakfast buffet were not refilled... and while clean enough overall, you shouldn't look to closely at all the nooks and crannies....

No bedside light. Noisy seagulls (not the responsibility of the owners!).

We had a lovely stay here. Perfect location, with a couple of minutes walk to beach. The owners were ever so helpful with suggestions like where to eat etc. we stayed in ensuite room but my son stayed in room with shared bathroom and he had a huge clean bathroom/shower. we would stay here again if we went to Aberystwith again.

Wifi wasn't brilliant but was being replaced on our last morning with fibre optics.

I like, the fact that they supplied Wi-Fi the comfort of the bed, the ambiance and especially liked the breakfast

Dint like sharing toilet and shower and did not like the fact that the windows would not lock

Cheap accommodation. Friendly and helpful owner. More powerpoints than I've found in most other B&Bs Very good value for money.

One minor quibble was that although there was a sink in the bedroom, there was no glass for use when brushing your teeth.

Location and cost were important to us. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we were very pleased.

The weather was hot and the room was difficult to keep cool. That was the only problem we had as otherwise we were very pleased.

Location. Near train station. Near bus stop. The owner carrying my bags up to room.

The owners customer service. Accusing thier guests of causing problems their guest facilities which were not my fault - hotels fault. Charging me for a room despite requesting cancellation because of illness. Filthy bed and hairy. Being right next to a bathroom. Dated interior. Not worth £32 (without breakfast) I'm still unhappy about it.
