This was my 2nd stay at Llwynygog, first time double en suite in the main house, this time single non en suite in an adjoining house. On both occasions the hosts were very pleasant, friendly and helpful with their local knowledge recomending some decent restaurants & bars. The rooms in both houses were clean and comfortable, ample wardrobe space, TV and a kettle, and a good hearty breakfast set me up for the day. The location is perfect for the town centre and the beach. I would recommend the Llwynygog.

Very friendly and relaxed, and well placed centrally in the town. Good value for money. A disappointment not to be offered decent coffee or good marmalade at breakfast and everything packeted.

this is a nice enough but pretty basic b&b, fine for one night if you are not spending much time in the room... but dont expect much help from staff (not around much and just showed me to my room and left). bedding showing signs of age, as is shower. but i chose this as it was the cheapst room online, so i got what i expected!

Breakfast very good, 2nd time we have stayed. Standard of cleanliness very high. In the centre of town, parking close by. Will be staying again as son at university there so will be visiting 6 times a year and intend to use same guest house if available. Already booked for January 2012.

Great location in Aberystwyth town center, just 12mins walk to the university/national library. Also less than 10mins to the train station. Stayed in guest house across the road they also own. I had a single room that was clean and tidy, had a sink to freshen up and a tv. Also a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. Shower room and toilet directly outside on the landing. Short walk across road to main house where breakfast (included in price) was served every morning. Choice of cereals, tea/coffee and a respectable cooked breakfast. Room worked out approx £34 per night over the 5 nights I was there. Owners very friendly.
