apartment is very nice and the facilities is good. nice and comfort environment and value for money of family trip

We liked the spaciousness, and the two bathrooms. Beds were comfortable, as was the living room furniture.

It took a long time to check in, as there was only one man available, and then only for a certain time. As there were two other parties before us to check in we had to wait longer than we would have liked.

We received a warm welcome from the receptionist, who showed us to our rooms, was polite and understanding, we all enjoyed our stay and intend to use the same location the next time we come to Edinburgh. Wish there was something like this in Nottingham (our next location)

Generally spacious rooms. Although it was an apartment, it was a nice gesture when they brought up some bread butter and beans when we checked in.

There was a strange curry smell that lingered throughout the apartment for the three days we were there. We had to buy our own air freshener for all the rooms. The sofa was lumpy and old and the sheets didn't seem quite clean.

If you wanted to go out late then u were able to come back when yoh wanted you wernt restricted in any way. The place was tidy and was like a home from home.

Just tht the heating didnt go up very far and it was cold in the morning.

Location of the apartment

It took 20 minutes for the guy checking us in, to sort our apartment out- perhaps it wasn't ready? But after a 5hour car journey, was not very happy. The Oven stunk of fish, clearly not been cleaned out, various glasses etc not cleaned. Carpet in one of the bedrooms hadnt been vacumed as there were toe nail clippings on the floor! Bed in smaller bedroom really uncomfortable. The man told us that he'd bring us a breakfast pack with cereals, tea and coffee in the morning, we never received anything, and after a night out we could have done with something like that. We were all a bit disappointed in the apartment, purely the cleanliness and service upon arrival.

Nice place for short family stay.

Excellent value for money, where we get 2 bedrooms and a pantry for light cooking. Rooms and washroom are clean, comfortable and you also get a spacious living room. Internet connection is free.

Clean, spacious, comfortable with good facilities and close to a frequent bus service. On site parking.

The apartment fronted onto the main road close to a junction. Traffic noise was obtrusive from 6 am.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Much better than a couple of hotel rooms.

We were unable to erect the sofa bed.

We were there for a family funeral and the apartment was excellent in order for other members to attend and stay. Very spacious and I would recommend with certain reservations

If you look closely the flat needed a thorough dusting. The air vents in the bathrooms were caked in dust, I wiped off the ingrained dust myself. The bed sheets were well worn and the carpet in the en suite and main bedroom were also well worn and with cigerette burns. The bedside lights need replacing and main bedroom light is full of dust. I noticed litter in the car parks which stayed there for a least a couple of days. You need to clear this as soon as it is dropped. All through Friday night the people opposite (a party of girls) continuously let the front door slam shut oblivious of other persons on the floor trying to sleep. You have good a great product there and these sort of glitches are easily remedied.

Very good value accomodation and it was near the water of Leith. It was also easy to get into the city centre by bus or taxi. Bread, milk, cereal was provided for breakfast which was great as our cooker wasn't working.

The light and blind was broken in one of the bedrooms and the ignition on the cooker did not work so we could not fry our breakfast in the morning! We chose not to complain as we were only staying one night so it was fine.

The location of the apartments is ideal for visiting Edinburgh. There is parking available and buses into town nearby. Using taxis is also much cheaper than paying parking charges in the city. We only stayed overnight, but we would certainly come here for a longer stay.
