The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was excellent. The food was amazing, you might want to end your trip here because everything else will be a let down. The building itself is also beautiful. The shower was small if you are near 6ft.

the staff at loch kinor hotel were extremely friendly and could not have been helpful... makes a hughe difference when you feel comfortable when working away from home... i would add that breakast is worth the additional charge if not included in the room rate

This was our first stay away from home in 5 years and it could not have been better.Thankyou to everyone for makeing it so lovely.I Felt verry spoilt indeed.We would encourage anyone to book some time there. No not a thing we can think of.

They were very savie when it came to a Gluten Free Diet. Very Pleased. Gorgeous Food. Lovely staff. Telly didn't work. Plugs in all the wrong places, had to boil a kettle on the floor.

It was extremely convenient for touring many of the attractions of the area. In our case the castles of Mar. The room we had was very comfortable but we felt the four poster was just a little dominant for the size of the room also it was quite difficult for anyone who is a little on the well upholstered side to get round between the chair, the trouser press and the fourth bedpost!!!!! Other than that we have no complaints at all. In fact it makes for an extremely pleasant stay.

Very friendly food was excellent and rooms spotless I feel that advertisment for whirlpool was misinterperted as was only room enough fr one and to small to enjoy a leisurely soak it was more like a dip pool fr sauna that was not advertised

Attractive front room and tavern area. Lovely dinning facility. Buffet breakfast option was nice. Our room was nothing special compared with others we stayed in across Scotland. I didn't like the atmosphere of the hotel portrayed by staff members. It was not a welcome hello after exploring the countryside and art treasures of Scotland all day long. Our presence felt like an interruption to the staff's routine, rather than a welcome opportunity to provide service. We spent three weeks touring Scotland and truly this was our only unfriendly experience. It was a beautiful front sitting area and dinning room, but not comfortable for a family traveling with a 17 year old to stay at. Perhaps only couples should be booked in?

Hotel staff were warm and welcoming and the atmosphere was relaxed. We were attending a funtion nearby and only stayed the one night; but due to the lateness of our celebrations, failed to make breakfast the following morning. Unforutnately, I did not notice the offer to serve continental breakfast in your room until it was too late, but that would have been a nice touch. However, the dinner menu looked exquisite and I would definately like to try it out sometime soon. I would love to stay here again and would strongly recommend it to others!

The space in the house. Didn't expect it to be that big. We've only payed 100€ a night, which was a very fair price. Shower was realy nice. Television didn't work. The batteries of the remotes had run out. After the first night, we asked to replace them, but they didn'T.

Nei pressi del Cairngorms National Park, a pochi km. Da Ballater, tra boschi e natura incontaminata, vicino ad un lago abitato da bellissimi cigni e luogo di pesca, lungo la strada che conduce in varie famose loc. Turistiche, zona di castelli tra I quali Balmoral (chiuso al pubblico ad Agosto)...Noi eravamo alloggiati nel corpo centrale dell' albergo, mio cognato e famiglia in un lodge, ovvero uno chalet( ce ne sono diversi a disposizione degli ospiti sul retro dell'albergo) nuovo,spazioso, ben arredato e molto funzionale, provvisto di cucina completa di lavastoviglie:ne abbiamo usufruito una volta per la cena. Il lodge é piuttosto costoso per trascorrervi soltanto la notte, ma bello e comodo per una vacanza tranquilla nella natura.Piacevolmente sorpresi dalla cucina del ristorante: ottima la qualità, la presentazione e la cura nel servizio(portate servite rigorosamente in piatti caldi!) .Personale gentile. Unico aspetto un po' negativo dell' albergo: la zona che portava alla nostra camera piuttosto trascurata, le parti in legno usurate e la moquette vecchia e rotta in alcuni punti.
