We were pleased to stay there for a couple of days. The location is really near the station and the mall, so it is an advantage if you want to be ready to go to London.

The rooms were dirty. It was self catering and we were greeted in the kitchen by a sink full of dirty dishes.

Unlike the hotel description it was only about 5 minutes walk away from stratford centre and the tube. Nice enough place to stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean when I got there, well furnished and quite comfortable. I would stay there again.

Only small stuff really. The bathroom roof was mouldy. The wireless internet connect was not the best, to the point where it dropped in and out so much I could not get online, however handy there are a few internet cafes around the corner, I am typing this review from my hotel room in Amsterdam, so its not my laptop. The room was not cleaned and bed not made the 3 days I was there.

The cleanliness has a lot to be desired, the on-suite shower room was filthy would not stay here again. The toilet brush was growing some sort of culture (disgusting) and the expelair was caked with dirt, don't stay here if you value your health. The television did not work.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is great for the city, near to tube and bus links. The kitchen is really handy if you don't want to eat out every day.

The decor is a bit tired and the rooms could use a good clean, but this is a budget hotel in the middle of London, for the price you pay it is excellent value.

This was a surprisingly clean and tidy room, a very good price for a double bed, and the staff were very friendly. The location is out of the city centre, but very close to Stratford subway station. A perfectly reasonable cheap option for a night in London.

Room was lacking some basics - only a face mirror in the bathroom, no dresser, no kettle.

The blanket wasn't clean!..there was no shampoo in the bathroom!!

The service is poor, the shower is the worst I have ever had. The water comes on so hot during shower that its impossible to have a comfortable wash without scalding your body.

Cobwebs, broken lamp, horrific noise when toilet flushed, not much hot water, bad mould in shower/bath, disguisting and well worn duvet, stained bedsheets,

I believe the place was really too dirty for the price I paid. A room this dirty, same goes for the kitchen, cannot be charged 50£, even if it's in London. Also: tv doesn;t work Bedside lamp doesn't work

My room wasn´t clean and only the two first my bed was maked. The bathroom no very clean.
