you had to make your own breakfast in the morning the location of residence-felt uneasy on first impressions!

The facilities are clean. The guests can use kitchen. Only few minutes walk from Abbey Wood railway station. 客室や共同キッチンが清潔。鉄道駅から近い

I found quite and clean
Bathroom was outside.
Location, there was everything you would want for your stay. Clean and comfortable with many extras. Plenty of food and could eat as much as you wanted. Would stay again.
Nothing is was good value
Huge breakfast with fantastic choice - I couldn't eat everything and tons of fruit and bread ... ham, cheese, yogurt, 5 sorts of cereal etc etc. Right in front of a tube station
Unfortunately they have some very rough neighbours and the area is a bit off-putting... still my car survived intact...
Spacious Room very comfy bed WiFi free parking Access to kitchen with plenty to eat for breakfast (self serve) Washing machine and dryer
Location from central if in car.
Clean, nice, comfortable, lots of space, neat kitchen with lots of free food, great wifi (every room has its own router), cheap.
Remote location (~0.5h travel by train).
I booked a twin room for two nights, the price was very affordable, I found an excellent service, nice, large and comfortable room and kitchen, all very clean, lovely garden, wide choice of free breakfast...welcoming and caring staff...I would certainly return to the Louis lodge
very clean atmosphere, good choices for breakfast and Simon was very helpful
Generous facilities for self-catering
Bed was comfortable Bathroom / Toilet / Kitchen were clean and tidy Owner very pleasant Close to station
Area very run down House in need of a lot of TLC Advertised as B&B but was cook your own
A definite thumbs up for Louis Lodge. I received a welcome mobile text with my room number and front door access code (i.e. no need to memorise it) Immaculately clean, lots of choice for breakfast, well equipped kitchen. There are shops at each end of the road (hint: the shops at the far end of the road from the station have more variety, as well as cash machines) . Location is not a problem, there are regular trains (about 10 or so minutes apart from London Bridge Station or Cannon Street. Train time a little under 30 minutes, and a three or four minute walk from the station). I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Louis Lodge. Good value for money. Will definitely return on my next trip to London.
Excellent value for money, with room very clean and comfortable. Shower and toilet facilities were clean and tidy. Kitchen area also very clean and tidy with fridge very well stocked. Location is fine, if you don't mind a half hour commute into the centre of London, which I don't, as the savings more than make up for this. Would recommend for if you want very good value for money.
Happily I finally found a place where to stay when in London. Thanks Simon :)
The keeper is very friendly. Everything is thought after and well taken care of. I wondered how they can manage to maintain the place so well with such low price.
I wanted to thank him for the excellent reception but he was on the phone for like hours... But it doesn't mean anything about the place or the excellent facilities but as a side note..
Breakfast, place, staff
Laid back atmosphere, quiet neighborhood, helpful owner good place for right price Close to train station
Great owner and value for money
A bit far away
The room was clean, near the train station, and the price was good for the location.
The owner doesn't live there and if I hadn't have read an email he sent me the night before, I wouldn't have been able to enter the house (there is a code) or know which room was mine as he leaves the keys in the door. Breakfast you have to make yourself which is in the fridge, this is not stated in the description. He was a friendly enough guy though.
200 metres from atrain Station
Great guest house, the owner is a gentleman and the place has lots of amenities. There is a large sized kitchen with lots of food provided by the owner.
Single room was bit smaller than I thought.
Good value for money. Very clean, room in terraced house. ~35 mins to Cannon Street from the Abbey Wood station. Breakfast - there was always food in the fridge for it.
Bed mattress quite old and used
It was very loud at 6:30am with people shouting and slamming doors
Great value for money, The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The sign outside is not that clear.
