Free wi-fi and free parking (plenty of space). Great bathroom/shower, love the design of the room. Small double bed - King size would've been nice! Some noisy guests through the night - more soundproofing would've helped!

Clean, tidy and friendly The fold out bed was SO uncomfortable. You rolled into the middle so we didn't get much sleep at all, as I sharing with my 11 year old daughter.

We were disturbed from 1-00am until 4-30 am by a family group who kept banging doors visiting each others rooms talking a laughing very loudly. Whilst this is not the fault of the hotel it has made us think before staying here again.

The reading lamps were a nice touch and the shower was fantastic. I also like the chaise-longue type chair in the family room. The hotel seemed quiet and the bed was comfortable. The food in the Starbucks/brasserie was nice (we had a selection of pizza and salad) and the staff were very polite and accommodating. The waitress offered me a free glass of wine for a very trivial problem with my order, which was much more than I would expect. The housekeeping staff were very polite, but they were noisy at quite an early time of the morning and didn't seem to know which rooms were vacant. Some of the decor looks quite poorly finished, which surprised me for what claims to be a higher-end hotel. I did not enjoy having to eat breakfast in Starbucks and found the lack of reception frustrating when trying to arrange for a hire car pickup (which I would presume is quite a regular event for a hotel used by business travellers). The mobile phone signal was terrible throughout the hotel for myself and my two colleagues, almost like the walls were made of lead.

Everything good as usual but see below Sadly my room smelled of drains/toilets or naybe overzealous use of cleaning fluid. Was still aware of it in the morning. Never happened before. Shall ask to be moved if I experience it again.

Decor- same price as travelodge but much more pleasant and better shower. Also has soap, shower gel. More like a hotel than a white-walled holiday camp. Bed was a bit narrow for two.

Very pleasant place, nicely decorated. Very quiet. Pleasantly surprised. Thanks! Very good size room and an excellent shower. Remember to close the bathroom door when you have a shower. Someone else in the premises didn't and set off the fire alarm... Very rude awakening to my planned lie in! Still it was resolved very quickly by the staff, so no complaints.

I wouldn't normally do these sorts of reviews but feel this one is worth writing about! Priced as a budget hotel but as good as any 3-4*. The hotel is priced low because it has no reception (you check in at starbucks) and there is no bath, just a shower. However this didn't cause us any problems. The room was nicely decorated, modern, clean, with Tv. Shower was amazing, and being a big starbucks fan, having that on site was just a bonus!! Recommend this one! :-) Parking limited.

The room was clean, faciliities were good. Access was just off the motorway. Cribbs Causeway shopping is quite close. Parking is free at weekends. Location in a business district - not ideal to walk out. No breakfast included in the price.

The housekeeping staff were really lovely and spoke to you if they saw you. The young man that checked us in was really polite and on the ball. the room itself was clean contempary and very pleasant also the bed was comfortable . The fact that a family staying near us let their children bang about before 7am on a weekend ( Sunday) morning without consideration for the other guests, the children appeared to be in a room without their parents and sounded too young to be left like that by the noise they generated! before you think i am a child hater i am not but having travelled a lot with my 4 when they were young i always made saw they did not run about or scream or make a noise when staying in places like the Lodge on the park this spoilt my stay.

Cleanliness. The shower doors do not close properly to seal in water, could easily flood to carpet areas if not keen to it. The reception being in the bar is not welcoming because in case you are lugging luggage to the entrance only to find reception is elsewhere is cumbersome. In the bar area the staff are destracted with other duties other than receiving guests and does not give impression of hospitality.
