We had a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment which was centrally located. We were able to walk to a bus stop or the tube. The location was very quiet. It worked well for our family. We walked to many sights. The Blackfriars Tube station is closed until 2011. The Blackfriars railway station is still open. It was extra walking to the Temple Tube station. |

The building has an excellent central location, the appartments were spacious,there were 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen was fully equiped. Although I specified I didn't want an appartment at basement level, they didn't take into consideration my demand, and when I got there I had an unleasant surprise. Fortunately, they solved this problem and managed to change it after 2 nights. |

the staff on the phone responsive and helpful. nice and spacious apartment. blackfriar station is closed until 2010, and was not informed. it was a bit too hot, and the windows don't open much. |

The comfort of the rooms, the equipment of the kitchen, the central location. The staff was very helpful when we had a problem completely unrelated to the hotel. |

Nicely appointed 2 bedroom apartment. Not bad price for size and location in downtown London.Very convenient for bus service. No direct contact with staff - only email. Staff did not mention that nearest Tube/Underground stop would be closed until 2011. Cleaning service came only once a week and there was a bit of mildew in the bathrooms. |

There was nothing to dislike about our stay. I had intended to write and express our satisfaction anyway. The accommodation was excellent, the location was brilliant and we will certainly be returning later in the year |

Excellent location, quiet yet very central. Spacious apartments. well furnished. Wifi (which two of us required) was not working in our apartment during our two night stay. After finally convincing them that the problem was with their router, the staff said they would not be able to fix until after our stay (no staff based at the apartment building). We did however manage to get wifi access in the corridor beside the next apartment. |

Comfortable, excellent location, well equipped, very clean, quiet but in the very center, we can suggest for everybody. Windows could not be opened, the key to window lock was missing, one of the heating equipments was not working. Both requests were told to staff members staying actually in the house during the first day, nothing happened in the following 3 days. It should have been reported in advance, that the appartmant is in the basement, under street level. |

It was a lovely apartment in a good location. It was clean and nicely furnished. It was also a good size for a family of four to stay in comfortably. The reservations manager couldn't have been more helpful both before and during our stay. I would book the apartment again if the opportunity came up. |

We liked everything about it! It was in a great location and the price was good too. There is no staff on duty, but we are pretty low maintenance if the place is what we expect. And this apartment is exactly what we expected. It had a very nice kitchen, sky tv, and even a Voips phone. I would suggest some extra linnens / pillows for the pull out bed in the livingroom. But we really had nothing to complain about. |

We were travelling with 2 kids over a weekend. The location is very near to Fleet Street-Blackfrairs station, it was quiet and a secure surroundings. The room was of excellant size and more of a small apartment with 2 bedrooms. Decor was modern and stylish ,the bathrooms were supplied with bathgel, soap and towels. The facilites excellent. Heating was excellent. No hotel staff-Self service room 1. Bed mattress was overly soft, when sleeping you could feel the coil spring. |

For us it was a good location, modern, clean, good facilities & we were more independent than in a hotel. The telephone did not work. It was said to be charged with £2 for voip but we were never able to use it and the telephone number supposed to be for that appartment did not work either, not possible to receive any calls. |

Le due camere grandi e ben accessoriate, i due bagni uno con la vasca e l'altro con la doccia, il soggiorno comodo e luminoso, la cucina completa di accessori necessari, la tranquillità del posto, ottimi e vicini collegamenti con bus e metrò, facile raggiungere le stazioni principali Vittoria e Liverpool e tutte le principali attrazioni di Londra, deserto nei giorni festivi, ottimo appartamento per famiglia con due figli grandi. Difficile il contatto con i gestori per richiedere assistenza, la TV non funzionava e non ha mai funzionato, richiesta assistenza ma nessuno ha risposto. |

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war modern. Wir wünschten bei der Buchung ein Appartement im oberen Stock. So waren wir unangenehm überrascht, dass das Appartement im Keller lag. Dadurch nur Kippfenster. Wenn man nicht beobachtet werden möchte, muss man zwangsläufig im Dunkeln sitzen.Station Blackfriar ist bis Ende 2011 geschlossen. Im Bad ist Schimmel. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Die Federn drücken durch die Polsterung. Die Toilettenspülung machte enormen Lärm. Der Gefrierschrank ist so vereist, dass er kaum zugeht. Obwohl andere Gäste das alles schon bemängelt haben, gab es keine Hinweise bei Buchung. So ist man in dem Glauben, dass die Mängel behoben sind bzw. dass das Appartement nicht im Keller liegt. Meiner Meinung nach muss das Beschwerdemanagement verbessert werden. Man kann nicht nur die Gäste um eine Bewertung bitten und selber nicht tätig werden. |
