London Apartments Docklands  

The size and views from the apartment were great. It was well appointed and quiet.

Would have preferred a location closer to the tube, but buses very frequent.

The magnificent view; access to a variety of public transport; location, location, location.

Nothing at all.

This apartment, for the first, wasn't clean at all.

Loved the View!!!! Amazing, we enjoyed staying in and watching the sunset and all the lights of London. Loved the space in the apartment too. Home from home.

Only having hot water to shower in the morning, and a funny smell from the drains.

This apartment is in a fantastic location on the 13th floor of 14 right on the river Thames. It has amazing city views and is in a secure residential block with parking and helpful security staff 24 hours. The apartment is fully equipped and our stay was a real home from home as a result. Getting into the city centre was easy, either a short boat trip on the Thames or a quick bus journey to Canary Wharf DLR station. There is a gym on site but we didn't use it.

The apartment was absolutely lovely, but could have done with a little more thorough cleaning for our liking.

This apartment is a beauty. Breathtaking views of most of london. A home away from home.

The owner (I think thats who he was) shows you around and then disappears. Theres nobody on site if you need anything so in that sense its a lot different to a hotel. However any problems and a quick call and there very helpful.

Accommodation was excellent, views excellent, estate staff excellent. Location for what we wanted Olympics, excellent.

Suggested improvements: Idiot proof guide to how to use appliances. Maybe few more kitchen implements, like coffee perculator, scissors, egg cups. Tv in each bedroom.

Wonderful place with beautiful scenary

Sure you will enjoy the amazing view for London city skyline from the Apartment and the in flat facility is exactly as promised, the neighbourhood is calm and peaceful with good grocery facility around. Close by a public garden with kids play ground which is 10 minutes walk. Commuting back & fro London city centre is not necessarily the easiest thing and having your own car is a big blessing.

The internet connection provided was of very limited capacity; not really a problem if you are willing to top-up out of your pocket, the bed mattress in the master bed are juiced out and I would love if a safe can be provided. For a longer duration stay bring extra towels and be ready to do little of self housekeeping, after all this is a self serviced apartment.

Stunning views, few minutes walk from dlr, quiet area.

Could do with a little more equipment in the kitchen but I am being picky.

Location is good for visiting Greenwich, walking distance or going into central London via docklands light railway. Nearest stop about 10-15 min walk. Apartment situation and views absolutely stunning. Sitting right on the banks of the river Thames with floor to ceiling windows giving views across the river to the city skyline and over to canary wharf. Two great bedrooms and a lounge/kitchen. 2 balconies, south facing. Very spacious. Plenty of room for 6. Well equipped, wifi - a real plus and good tv. Parking is another plus. We loved it and will be back

I would say the place really needs a deep, thorough clean. That would be my only criticism. The floors were filthy, not visibly but my feet were black and the kids socks had to be thrown out they were so black. The shower in the main bathroom was broken and needs a new shower head.

Wow! We stayed in unit 97 on the 13th floor. The unit is self contained and has a nice kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. A short walk down the road is a convienience store stocked with basic food and has a nice little selection of wine and beer. Canary wharf is a 10 minute bus ride. There is a supermarket and some lovely restauants. From our balconies we could see the skyline of London! Big Ben, Tower Bridge, The London Eye, The dome of St Peter's and the shard. We were a group of 5 adults there was plenty of room for us all. Getting into London is a short bus ride then a train or better still the London Clipper is just a 10 minute walk along the banks of the Thames, it leaves every 20 minutes. For £6 you get to travel up the Themes and see all the magnificent buildings that London is famous for, including passing under the bridges of London. If we ever travel to London again I will definitely be staying at the London Apartments!

The photos do not do justice to this huge apartment, it has a wow factor with the floor to ceiling windows with stunning views over London. The main bedroom has a dual view, plenty of wardrobe space which is unusual and an serviceable ensuite with shower and bath. The kitchen is fully equipped for basic meals, which is all you would want to do with the range of restaurants and cafes nearby and the managing agents left tea and coffee to get us started. Unusually too, they left cleaning stuff so we could keep the apartment clean and tidy. As we were there for the the weekend and we were a crowd of six, it was cheaper to use taxis. Canary Wharf is about an half an hour walk away. A fabulous stay, a lot of space and comfort with the best views in London makes this a place I have already recommended to friends.

großartiger Blick über London aus allen Zimmern, sehr nette Vermieter, gute Anbindung per Bus und Bahn in die City via Canary Wharf, viel Platz, gute Ausstattung (sogar Steckdosen-Adapter für Festland-Geräte!), Parkmöglichkeit kostenfrei um die Ecke, ... wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

für den Preis wären noch ein paar kleine Annehmlichkeiten nett gewesen (DVD-Player, Spülmaschinentabs). Aber das trübt keinesfalls das Gesamtbild.

Die Lage, der Blick und das Apartment selbst waren traumhaft.

Die Sauberkeit des Apartments war verbesserungsfähig.

Seul petit bémol, le chauffage manque un peu de puissance...

Le vue extraordinaire sur London, de la Thames et de la city. Possibilité de prendre les navettes de la Thames au pied de l'appartement. "Le centre de London en 10 mn" Rester diner dans l'appartement le soir était fabuleux, nous n'arrivions pas à nous lasser de voir London de nuit. Le bonheur en famille !!!

Appartement vieillissant, manque d'eau chaude le soir, manque de vaisselle. " 4 verres identiques " pour 6 !!!

Die Aussicht ist phänomenal, Bus vor dem Haus, Metro 15 Min. zu Fuss. Absolut schöne Lage.

Internetzugang war leider nur am ersten Tag möglich, der Fernseher ist üerhaupt nicht gegangen. Die Einrichtung war sonst ok, jedoch teilweise etwas schmuddelig. Aber der Gesamteindruck durchaus positiv.

Meubels eerder oudbollig Vloer "vettig" Voor 4 personen, sofabed is geen bed.

Très bel appartement, vue magnifique sur la Tamise et les monuments remarquables de Londres, intérieur luxueux, confortable et très spacieux, ligne de bus à proximité, métro à 20 min à pieds, commerces alimentaires à coté , un excélent séjour, de plus il y a un parking gratuit !

En cherchant bien,le métro un peu loin, mais ce n'est qu'un petit désagrément

L'appartement est très bien situé : l'accès au centre de Londres est très rapide avec la station de métro "Canary Wharf" . Nous avions une vue exceptionnelle de Londres et de la Tamise car notre appartement était au 13° étage avec 2 terrasses .Le plus de l'appartement c'est le parking gratuit au pied de l'immeuble . En le louant je ne m'attendais pas à autant de confort et d'espace ! les photos sont contractuelles . Le personnel est très agréable et disponible. J'y retournerai avec plaisir .

Le seul point négatif que je pourrai mettre c'est le manque d'ustensiles de cuisine .
