London Bridge Apartments    

الشقة رائعة وتحتوي على اغلب الخدمات بالذات المطبخ حيث كان متكامل.

بعد مكتب الدخول عن الشقة حيث استغرقت من وصولي الى لندن حوالي ساعتين لايجاد المكتب و ثلاث ساعات لايجاد الشقة. وكانت معاناة لن انساها. وكذلك موقع الشقة بعيد كل البعد عن اي خدمات او اماكن سياحية.

The apartment was spacious and well appointed.

The location was 1.6 miles from the location advertised on the website. The location advertised is merely the place where you check in and get your keys. The electrics were faulty and although they responded quickly and sent somebody to fix them some lights still didn't work. The apartment was not very clean.

Clean and spacious. Great kitchen well suited, Drab decor but very functional. Awesome size of rooms. Able to close door to kitchen for quiet and privacy. Lots of storage room, and dressers. Suite had combo washer/dryer. Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything! Located above grocery store.

Very good apartment, clean and excellent location. Easy access to subway and shops. Apartment is well furnished and well equipped kitchen facilities. Wil definitely stay again for my next London trip

Roomy, good amenities including a new 55" flat screen tv, lots of channels. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with utensils. Nice location with supermarkets, pubs and restaurants nearby. 24 hour support phone line and repairs. Easy check in and check out - just leave the keys behind! Will use them again when I travel.

Service staff were functional (not welcoming or friendly but neither were they rude).

Everything was quite good! The employees were really nice and helpful, the apartment was great and beautiful and clean... Even though it was a little far from the turistic spots, we had an Underground Station right next to us, which was great! :) Tesco was also near, which is a cheap supermarket. It's 1min away from Tower Bridge London.

Only three small things: We could hear some of the neighbours' noise and street noise (but nothing too much). We had to pick up the keys 15min away from the apartment. And I didn't like much that I had to leave my credit card data or 150pounds for ensurance (if we break something)... and I was a little scared when I saw that we had to keep everything straight or we would have to pay. Lose the keys, you pay. Make noise, you pay. Call for staff help, you pay. Ruin the smallest thing in the apartment, you pay. Gladly we left everything in order and we didn't have to pay anything :)

Space and facilities

Locaion was fantastic and the apartment was very comfortable, modern and large enough for two adults and two teenage boys.

Had issues with the hot water....there wasn't enough! Having said this we didn't contact the office to inform them as we were too busy sightseeing in London! Also, we didn't have a 'proper' shower- we had ashower head that meant we could only sit in the bath (not stand up and shower)

Nice apartment, everything is there. Near stations of London bridge.

Firstly, the inconvenience of getting the keys of different locations.if u bringing ur luggage fm airport best u take a taxi to take ur keys fm the office then off to the apartment. 2Nd: the noise fm the pub n the stations will disturb ur sleep. So be prepared to be awake by 3am.

Location was great, the apartment in Vesta Court was a good size, good security and had all the amenities we needed. We inquired before our arrival and they gave us the exact apartment address so there were no nasty surprises and we knew the distance we needed to travel after check in.

Plumbing was a bit of an issue, but didn't really affect our stay. Nothing otherwise.

Noisy, on main road

This is a very spacious apartment and easily sleeps 4. It would be good for a longer term stay as there is a fridge/freezer and full cooking facilities. It's well-priced for its size.

Down at the Elephant & Castle end of Bermondsey Street the apartment is well away from the trendier parts of Borough. And it's adjacent to -a busy main road - as well as being right next to a railway line. The apartment is double glazed but the soundproofing is inadequate. Also the blinds do not fully block the street lights. Solo women travellers should think about staying in a safer area, particularly if they are coming back late at night.

Having lots of space, and a kitchen to cook meals,

The fact that you have to pay a £150 damage deposit, when picking up the keys, nothing was said about this on the booking.com website when booking.

We liked the style of the appartment its cleanliness and facilities.

The apartment was great and suited our group of 3 colleagues excellently.

We were given keys withiout fobs so that we were unable to open the front door, having to wait for someone to come out. Had to phone three times to get a fob. Despite e-mails,and telephone conversations prior to the stay, no bed linen was left for the sofa-bed and no-one had erected this. Had to phone for linen and this was brought but no help/instruction given regarding the sofa bed. Perhaps the letting agents should concentrate more on being helpful and doing what they say they will do rather thah hammer on about noise and parties. This spoilt the whole stay and made us late for our event.

Did not get the apartment we thought had booked. The apartment we got was totally unsuitable and not remotely unlike the apartment we had booked. The second apartment had very narrow stairs and not very easy to use for a elderly couple. Totally overpriced.

very reasonable and cost effective way for staying in central London

There is a problem with the apartment door key or lock in the apartment I was staying in - when returning to the apartment at 1.30am after the event attended I found that I could not get into the apartment - it took over 10 minutes or increanglt anxious fiddling before being able to get the front door open -- not at all satisfactory - especially as I was a lone female in an area of London that was not known to me - and very nearly stranded in the middle of the night 2 groups within our company booked - and assumed that apartmetns would be in same block - it was not made clear at point of booking that this was not actually the case

there is nothink we did not like, we feel like at home there:) clean, just perfect
