The big change btween my stay from 3 to5/05/2013 and this stay regarding the room , room comfort and the staff. They realy change my mined about this hotel.

Very well organized and great staff, very friendly and amazing service. I have enjoyed my two nights stay. The room was very nice and the hotel location is great and the building was interesting, it joined the charm of old and new at the same time. comfortable bed...

Location was great for a City business trip, and not far from the Underground to get around the wider city. Very clean, tidy and comfortable and good value for the location. Staff were all very helpful.

It is a bit of a rabbit warren inside the hotel itself. Took a day or so for me to remember fully how to get back to my room - but there was always staff to help me until I got the directions down-pat!

The rooms are modern, quiet and very nicely designed and the welcome gifts of fruit and daily tea and cookies was enough for my breakfast each morning. The staff was very responsive to my needs. Security is excellent with entry staffed 24/7.

Fruit basket and complimentary mineral water upon arrival, very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable bed. Overall stylish ambience.

Room was a bit small, couldn't turn off the noisy fan in the bathroom.

The building was well converted and attractively presented. The room was quite small but well furnished with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The staff were very friendly and check in/out was quick and easy. The room was well away from the lifts as requested and was very quiet during the night.

The room was quite small and I imagine those travellers used to true 5 star rooms would have been disappointed. We weren't at all and this is a minor quibble in what was a very enjoyable night's stay.

the wardrobe and tea making area before the bedroom was very dimly lit and it was difficult to see. We were in room 620. When we used the shower the water poured out of the door leaving the floor soaking wet. Also the overflow on the toilet would keep flowing after flushing and we had to keep pushing button. These are just items that need attended to and we assumed the house keeping staff would report it. Did not bother us too much but does need sorted.

The hotel was one of the worse hotels I have ever spent in an I had one of the worse night in a hotel. It was worse than when I used to use hostels. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Great location right next door to the Barbican.

The layout of the hotel is like a maze as is a collection of properties stitched together. So a bit of a pain to get around. Breakfast was not included in price and is served in the pub below at £28 per person!

double bed was small I booked room with 2 single beds which was confirmed but was advised day before that not availabe, this was disappointing

A strange support pole in the middle of the room, painted black, and invisible in low light, I was concerned I bump into that in the middle of the night, luckily I slept all night and the problem did not arise. Dinning felt fussy, quite cramped, to many little pots of things. The food was good

Location itself and easy access to the tube. The room rate did not say breakfast was included so were pleasantly suprised to learn a continental breakfast was included.

The conditioner in our room produced hot air and the hotel was not able to solve the problem during two days.
