Reasonable price for central London, Nice room with comfortable double bed for single occupancy. small entrance is easily missed, no facilities what so ever but I guess thats what you would expect for the price. |

This hotel was cheaper than any other centrally located hotel we could find available at short notice - and we searched on the web and looked at many options. It was basic - just a double room with en-suite and TV - but it was in a great location, right next door to Borough Tube Station, and it was clean and comfortable. The shower was good and the towels and bedding were good condition and clean. It was basic but then so was the price we paid so no complaints. |

the main bedroom and bedding was clean, fit for purpose would not use it if i was not on business. the bathroom/ shower did not feel/look so clean and the stairways and hallways had dirty/worn carpets. |

A convenient location right next to tube station. Everything needed for an overnight stay - clean and comfortable for the price. The steep narrow stairs are challenging when you have luggage and the street entrance is a bit off-putting. |

No food available. I had to eat my breakfast at the cafe next door who kept their main door open and I was freezing. I understood I had paid for B&B but had to pay for my breakfast. This was not the experience promised to me from the information I sighted on the internet. |

The helpfulness of the staff at all times. Many thanks! The fact that reservations must be made by Credit-card,as I do not have one! I had to ask a friend and then pay him by cheque. When I arrived I had to pay the Receptionist the £315 AGAIN! I did get this back later from my friend, which was rather embarassing! I don't like trying to get temporary Credit-cards. |

The location is superb! The shower is a walk in, very large and works excellently! There is no lift which is most likely not possible to place in this building due to architecture. There were times when I would have loved to use a lift as I was on the top floor. |

The room was clean and the shower was good. Struggled to gain entry to the building as no one would answer the buzzer. |

I was very pleased with the facilities given the reasonable price. It was very clean and the large walk in shower was very nice. It was situated very close to the tube also. |

overall clean, friendly and compact. Great for business use only, don't bring the wife! Location to Borough tube station fantastic. Sainsbury's jst down the road, very handy for dinner of a snack. Very noisy in room 5 as guests upstairs were running around all night. No air con so got very warm. Bed so soft you might need help climbing out of it! |
