A nice hotel to stay at for a day or two. Just near the Borough tube station. My room was small but clean and comfortable. Shared bathroom is not a problem. View from the window could be better but it's ok if you come to the hotel to sleep only.

Clean, friendly staff, everything in good condition Overpriced, even for central London. No door or screen from bathroom to bedroom - never experienced that before and wasn't impressed

This place is right next door to the tube station. It's definitely a "budget" hotel with no frills but was clean and well presented. Staff were very polite and helpful Unfortunately the price I paid wasn't budget, so this wasn't a value for money stay. The tv didn't work well and wifi had to be paid for separately. This is definitely not a place to stay for those with mobility issues (or big bags). The entrance to the first floor reception is a long, narrow, steep and winding staircase.

Super friendly and helpful personal. The room is very comfortable. Convenient location close to the subway and possible to walk to Bridge Tower. I was upset that the internet for an additional charge. I did not pay attention when booking the hotel, as now it is free almost everywhere. A trifle, but it is unpleasant.

Staff were very friendly, pleasant and helpful! The bed was super comfy. Nice bathroom and lovely shower. Clean. Slightly noisy, I could hear people 'stomping' down the hall way during the night.

Stunning central location with unbelievable proximity to public transportation, touristic sites and the amazing Borough market, and a nice supermarket. A friendly and helpfull staff. An extremely clean, causy room with a comfortable bathroom. A great tea set and impressive closet volume. No elevator, steep stairway, no room telephone, no refridgerator, no free wifi (that's just being cheap/greedy...). Somewhat pricy breakfast.

Free WiFi in the apartment which you had to pay for in the hotel !! I found it ridiculous anyway, I would not pay for it since even every grocery has free WiFi now! We were accommodated not in the hotel but in the apartment close by after requesting for laminated floor room and although it was more spacious and MAYBE more comfortable with a kid but it was not 3 star (8.2 rating!!!) at all. The location might be handy but the area is poor and has no character. for the money we paid I could have gone for a lower rating, breakfast included hotel in a perfect location. bed sheets were not changed the second day.

This hotel is a real find in London! Tucked away literally just outside the exit to Borough Tube Station. You press the button and get let in and are met by a lovely member of staff who signs you in. My room was number 17 on the 2nd floor and was very clean with tea/coffee facilities including lovely fruit teas. The bedding was clean and smelt lovely and the bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable (and I'm fussy!). The en-suite was clean and the shower, although not "power", was more than adequate and the towels were white soft and fluffy and again smelt lovely. There were a few cracked tiles but everything was spotlessly clean. Because it's slightly out of the city there was minimal traffic noise throughout the night which bothers me in other hotels....Honestly this is the best hotel I've stayed in for a business overnight stop and I will definitely make it my default hotel now I've found it :) and booking through Booking.com couldn't be easier.

booking procedure was effortless the staff was amazingly kind and helpful location is great, literally next to an underground stop the room was very clean it was quiet in the hallway and backyard all night reasonably priced internet access was good and reasonably priced reception area looked a little messy and worn out, a touch up on the interior would make it perfect! There was no special deal for hotel guests at the breakfast cafe downstairs
