La limpieza del hotel y de la habitación. La ducha era muy grande. Hay que subir una escalera muy estrecha para llegar a los pisos. |

Lo unico bueno es que esta al lado de la estación del metro La verdad que poco me ha gustado, no tiene ascensor estabamos en el tercer piso. La limpieza de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear y la moqueta un poco asquerosa. Lo unico bueno es que esta al lado de la estación del metro. |

El hotel está muy bien situado y además está literalmente encima de la parada de metro de Borough. Las instalaciones son fantásticas, limpias y adecuadas. |

La comodidad de tener una estacion de metro al lado del hotel, y que es una zona tranquila en el caso de descansar Es una anecdota, pero si llamas al timbre y no contestan, tienes que llamar a un numero de telefono (llamada internacional claro), para que te digan dame un segundo, no se si no escuchan el timbre o es que no estan en recepcion habitualmente, pero luego ya te dan llave de la puerta. |

La ubicación justo al lado de la boca del metro y su comunicación con la ciudad, la limpieza, el confort, la calefacción, la amabilidad del personal y sobre todo contar con nevera, hervidor y té gratuito, se agradece en el frío invierno londinense. |

La situación y la habitación. El hotel es muy bonito y muy cómodo. Además, tiene una cafetería, un supermercado, un pub y la boca de metro justo al lado! No. Bueno... el precio (todo me parece caro jejeje) |

The hotel staff are really very freindly and extremely helpfull. The location of the hotel is excellent next to the underground station. It pretty quite and everything was clean It is not the mistake of the hotel, but the next room couple were fighting all the night so I could not sleep that night |

Staff were friendly and organised. Check in prompt and we were able to arrive later than usual. The room and ensuite was clean and the beds very comfortable. Crisp bed linen and towels. Super value for money! |

Reasonable price for central London, Nice room with comfortable double bed for single occupancy. small entrance is easily missed, no facilities what so ever but I guess thats what you would expect for the price. |

This hotel was cheaper than any other centrally located hotel we could find available at short notice - and we searched on the web and looked at many options. It was basic - just a double room with en-suite and TV - but it was in a great location, right next door to Borough Tube Station, and it was clean and comfortable. The shower was good and the towels and bedding were good condition and clean. It was basic but then so was the price we paid so no complaints. |

the main bedroom and bedding was clean, fit for purpose would not use it if i was not on business. the bathroom/ shower did not feel/look so clean and the stairways and hallways had dirty/worn carpets. |

A convenient location right next to tube station. Everything needed for an overnight stay - clean and comfortable for the price. The steep narrow stairs are challenging when you have luggage and the street entrance is a bit off-putting. |

No food available. I had to eat my breakfast at the cafe next door who kept their main door open and I was freezing. I understood I had paid for B&B but had to pay for my breakfast. This was not the experience promised to me from the information I sighted on the internet. |
