location was best! Staff was great
Room too small, not as in any of the pictures. A bit more cleanliness is needed. no locks in toliet
- Budget double room with ensuite - Cleaniness of the room and bathroom - Clean towels every day and bed made - Great location to either walk to Ocford Street but close to Baker Street Station too
- Heating is on all the time - Lay out of room is uncomfortable with double bed in with very little space to move around in the room - Hair dryer not working - Breakfast served at 8am, way too late have breakfast if on business and you need to travel in to the city - Breakfast is poor and not complimenting the cost of the room i.e toast, serial, tea/coffee, no fruit, no hot breakfast as option - Very noisy hotel i.e. People chatting and building work in the hotel
I like the friendly ready to help patient receptionist and the hotel is quiet and clean, nice place to stay.
The breakfast was a put off. Two slices of bread, jam or butter, cornflakes put in a cold milk served once, a glass of orange juice, (only orange juice, so u don't have plenty of options) and a cup of coffee of tea (any of the two). With the pricing of the Hotel, I don't think that's good enough.
No hot water!!
Very clean, comfortable, staff were were helpful
Room was too hot and weren't able to turn the radiator off
Location and lovely waitress at breakfast
Paper thin ceilings with noise from above, uncomfy bed with one blanket and 2 sheets only, cheap cornflakes and 2 pieces of white bread the only breakfast option
Clean room and bathroom Location
Temperature of room No natural sunlight Firm bed
DIRTY NO FACILITIES NO HELPFUL STAFF EXPENSIVE OF WHAT IT OFFERS
Flexible with leaving luggage Just around the corner in the right area
Extremely small room No ventilation in bathroom
Room is very small
Location for oxford street was very good.
Initially through website I paid with American Express, however I received an email saying they did not accept this card. I questioned the authenticity of the email as it was written with very poor English and no hotel branding header, footer or signature. I almost did nothing with the email I was so convinced that it couldn't possibly be genuine. Despite three different WiFi networks we couldn't connect in the bedroom despite being directly above reception and 2 rooms away from breakfast room. Breakfast was very basic - two slices of sliced white bread - not asked whether we wanted this but there was no other option apparently!
Cold. Only one blanket. Reception closed during the nights. Breakfast like average hostel
The Beehive pub round the corner!
The room was in the basement, with only curtains, no net curtain, so to ensure privacy, the curtains had to be kept shut. Lack of any other ventilation made this room very warm and stuffy. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The room was extremely small, the bathroom even smaller! The towels had holes. The mini bar contained milk for the tea and coffee, and nothing else! Breakfast consisted of 2 slices of toast only. The worst room I have EVER stayed in!
Extremely small room with the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever experienced. Very old furniture and bad maintained. A tinny bathroom with almost no room for manoeuvre. Breakfast is a fraud. Just two slices of bread, tap water and no fruit. Really advise to take this Hotel as very last option near Baker Street.
Sleep on the street,i can assure you would be more comfy.
Breakfast consisted of half a bowl of cornflakes and white toast with butter and jam. That was it. No choice. No biscuits in the room Room on the top floor was very hot
Excellent location with easy access to Marylebone Station, within walking distance of both Lords and Oxford Street. A number of good pubs nearby.
Tiny basement room, only just wide enough to fit the bed which was barely 6 inches off the floor. Dark and stuffy. No hair drier.
located within 5 mins walk of Baker St underground and 15 min walk to Marble Arch/Hyde Park. Room comfortable usual basic hotel amenities bed comfortable Iron available on request no street traffic noise from room 218 helpful staff good turkish restaurant 2 mins walk 5 min walk to Oxford St shopping
hearing the showers in rooms adjacent and above breakfast very minimalistic-ie toast and cornflakes
- Got charged 30GBP extra after checking in! - It took someone to come and let me in after 40minutes waiting outside at 1am! - Unfriendly staff and smelly place -Noisy
Very cramped. Sink did not drain well. Very basic and not so clean. Electrical wiring loose and hanging out from the socket
