rigtig godt hotel, men vores værelse lå lige ud til gaden hvorfor der var meget larm, som ikke var oplyst. oplyst at der er larm fra nogle værelser. |

beliggenhed.personale.karbad og faciliteter generelt.set i forhold til at london er en by med mange hoteller som ikke lever op til hvad de lover. morgenmad mangler godt brød.det er for ringe med gummicroisanter og discount boller.men dette er jo normen mange steder i london. |

Vi havde et flot dejligt værelse, dejligt badeværelse. avis om morgenen ved døren. der var roligt. lidt mere positive ansatte ved informationen på hotellet |

The Hotel had a most convenient location for our visit. Very relaxing atmosphere. The lift system to the top floor is hardly big enough to take two persons and their luggage. |

The hotel is in need of major refurbishment. The standard of fixtures, fittings and furniture is very poor - shabby, cracked bathroom tiles, very dirty carpets. |

Close to the tube station (Lancaster Gate) and Hyde Park. Staff very friendly. Restaurant very good. The standard of fixtures and fittings in the bathrooms are dated and in need of renewing. I would say that the standards in the bathrooms probably make the current cost per room a little on the high side. |

the location is good and most of hotel staff are good. However, before the day I departured, I asked one staff (a male, older) about train schedule. He told me that on Sunday the train to HTL did not run until 6:30 AM. His information is inaccurate. The floor seems quite dirty. The hotel needs upgraded. |

Locality to Hyde Park There were no tea and coffee making facilitiies in the rooms, and the lift failure resulting in walking up 4 flights of difficult stairways with our luggage and also on our return in the evening of the 12th September. |

The staff tried to be helpful. The room was supposed to be de-luxe and did not even have a drink available. The decor was very poor and needs a lot of work. Down stairs public areas were not clean. |

I like that the hotel has some character and is not a typical chain hotel. It has a slightly old fashioned feel which I think is good. The doors to the shower cubicle didn't close and the furnishings were a bit tatty and worn - it needs sprucing up a bit |

Nice location and not your usual "plastic" chain hotel. Will be very nice when hallway decoration completed Service charge for drinks from the bar and breakfast "extras" - What is that all about??? |

The house is very home like. There is a small tiny open space outside of our room, which is on the ground floor. Every night we sit there and he lighted a cigarete, and we talk and talk. It was not so hot and not so cold those days. We had a very good time there. Also the price is worthy, I think, which is in London zone 1. We asked for 2 glasses of coke, they cost 6 pounds. Very expensive. |

Good location, easy to reach lots of sightseeings by foot The hotel was not fully booked however we had to ask to change a room to get quiet and bigger |
