Very convenient for both Marylebone and Paddington Stations. We also found it so easy to go for a walk in Hyde Park which is just over the road. Basement room with some damp walls in walk in wardrobe and only a view up to the street above. We did not expect a basement room. The bathroom was looking a bit worn out and the WC outlet was blocked. There was a Rat bait box just outside our window therefore we kept window shut all night |

I liked the ambience of the hotel. If people want to experience traditional 'Englishness' in the decor and the restaurant, I recommend the London Elizabeth hotel. I think it will give Americans a great experience (I am a Brit but live in America) The Lancaster Suite was very comfortable with a lovely living/seating area with delightful couch, armchairs and fireplace. It had a double bed in an alcove, and the alcove could have done with a lick of paint to brighten it. The paint was not damaged, but a bit old and grubby. |

I was given a quiet room, non smoking, for which I was grateful. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful and made one feel at home, The food was good and the service prompt. It was very clean and the decoration scheme pleasant and to my taste, but perhaps the room was coming up for refurbishment. It would have been nice to have a complimentary beverage facility in the room. |

We enjoyed the desk and pub staff. Shower temperature difficult to control - A bit of a problem with bathroom odour -eased by keeping sink and bath plugs plugged in. |

We thought the location for the centre of London was brilliant but the main plus point was the friendliness of all staff which makes all hotel stays. The decor in public rooms was tradional which creates a friendly atmostphere and our room was clean and bed comfy |

Easy access to the main stream of London, clean, friendly, parking was ok, it did help that we got a cheap price but my wife thought the whole stay was brilliant despite the cheap price. |

Our upgrade to a suite was fantastic and we even stayted an extra night. Fantastic location - right on bus stop and tube station - yet no noise! Staff extra friendly right through the day and night. The restaurant food lets them down - like what you expect in a pub, but the prices were higher - we ate out after the first night (and that includes breakfas). |

Close to tube and Hyde Park Some members of the staff, not all, did not understand the meaning of service. The sound from the traffic was a bit irritating, and the elevator too small. No toast for breakfast?? |

Great location, 50' from Hyde Park and early morning runs in the Park, 1/2 block from Underground/Tube and bus stop!. Outstanding breakfast. Excellent Staff with great knowledge on how to navigate your day! And free internet ! |

Very charming hotel in good location near Hyde park. Lovely rooms. We really enjoyed our time there. Personal rooms. Very friendly staff. Maybe you can buy the new furniture to bathroom. |

The majority of the staff were excellent! Very Friendly, helpful and welcoming. I especially like the bar area and Garden Balcony.My room is always clean and tidy and I feel my belongings when left in the room are safe and secure. The only thing i found disappointing was that I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and my English breakfast has been included in the price, However this time it was not and I have to pay for it in addition to the buffet breakfast (Continental) that came with my room! |

We liked the location with good access to the Underground network. Although in a busy area of London the hotel was very quiet, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff were very willing to help if required, it was a nice touch to have a Daily Telegraph on the doormat in the morning too! |
