3 twin beds with good size room. Good value for price with great full breakfast included. Right across the street from beautiful Hyde Park.
I love this hotel, it is in a great location and as it is old, it has a quirkiness about it which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Good breakfast, nice staff.
I have stayed at this hotel three times and there has been nothing in those stays that I didn't like.
Have stayed here before. This time in a first floor room which was spacious and very comfortable. The location, near to Paddington, is excellent.
Still not keen on the blower in the bathroom which they call a hairdrier. Sadly this time food was poor - partially cooked fish left no appetite for dessert. However, the continental breakfast was plentiful.
Nice hotel, good location
Position and breakfast very good
Lift ridiculously small
Reception staff were first class and very helpful at all times
Some of the young waitresses didn't understand what we wanted for breakfast or how to serve the correct way
employees are very nice
Location and good Continental Breakfeast
Old Facilities requiring renwal and refubishing
Ideal tourist location next to Hyde Park - not particularly noisy for such a central location in the comfortable basement suite. Convenience of private car park.
It's not really a proper London breakfast if there's no orange marmalade, (there's a Paddington Bear statue at the entrance to the park just over the road so there's no excuse for this!), and no bacon & eggs.
situated in walking distance to Paddington Station, for us. Also for the area of london we were visiting this time.Breakfast very good, staff all very friendly and helpful. Would be happy to stay again.
Central Location Access to Underground
Road Noise Standard of room facilities Small lift facilities Just adequate breakfast
Staff is friendly. Room is excellent. Location is good because underground station is one minute access.
It is too noisy due to traffic outside even at night to sleep well. Wifi is a little weak to access internet.
Location, staff, room specialy Andre in the receiption who was very nice and helped us with our luggage.
Breakfast is not a buffet, don't expect anyone to explain what to order and what is complimentary with the room. We ordered breakfast and were shocked when they asked as to pay for it. Which we didn't accept and the hotel agreed at the end.
Room was comfortable with adequate desk space to work, staff were friendly. Car parking was reasonable for the area and always available. Well situated for transport links or for walking to a number of attractions
When the room had been created a supporting pillar had ended up against one side of the bed which was a bit strange but not overly obstructive
Location. Clean quiet room.
Slow service at breakfast but food excellent.
very old fashion ... urgent and huge need of renovation. the room and bathroom were freezing cold
very nice location near Hyde Park. Staff were helpful Breakfast good Tea selection in room excellent Generally good value hotel and stay for London
personally I prefer duvet to bed sheets. Location sometimes noisy due to traffic Chairs in dinning room need upholstery. But mostly good things in the hotel
Friendly and supportive staff Breakfast quality is OK
Noice in the room from the traffic at the crossroad Very low speed of WiFi Chair in restaurant/breakfast room was worne beyond acceptable level
The hotel was very nice and the staff very helpful. The continental breakfast is very good. Very close to tube and Paddington Station which made touring easy.
The hot water in the shower would change from hot to cold and then go off.
most of it
breakfast could be a little beter
Some time ago the rooms were probably very nice. They're a little tired and outdated now, but spacious, comfortable and clean. It's trying to act posh so it's good value if you don't mind "quirky".
Close to Hyde Park (perfect place for jogging), close to Regent street (must see Selfridges) and Oxford street. Good and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great place for few days stay.
If you've ever heard bad opinions on "continental breakfast" in Elizabeth you will be able to check it and confirm. There is no bread as in Germany, Spain, Italy etc. (just toasts), there is no cheese, ham (just jam - in fact good jam and butter). Few days in London and you will be missing your everyday breakfast. Any alternative - yes full English breakfast with bacon, sausage and beans (how anyone can eat baked bean on breakfast?). However it is not the problem of Elizabeth Hotel - it's UK's diet. And now seriously - Elizabeth is a really good hotel
Location to Hyde park n Underground .. Plenty of food option nearby too
Room was a little old n water starts to leak from the room above whenever the guest upstair took a bath/shower
