London Elizabeth Hotel

ロケーションはとても良い（ランカスターゲートに近く、パティントンからも歩けるという点、公園のすぐそば）、しかし快適とは言いがたかった。ホテルに帰ってくつろぎたいというような部屋ではなく、ロビーで来客と話をするにはソファーが古く座り心地もよくないし、リラックスしてというにはほど遠かった。スタッフはみなとても親切ではあったが、なにしろホテルが古く、ガタがきているように感じた。床がスライドしていたり、ドアの締まりが悪かったり、テレビは映りが悪く、それに部屋の鍵がシンプルすぎてなんだか心もとなかった。訪れた友人からは、ホテル外のサインが落ちているけれど中は大丈夫かと聞かれた。

Very convenient for both Marylebone and Paddington Stations. We also found it so easy to go for a walk in Hyde Park which is just over the road.

Basement room with some damp walls in walk in wardrobe and only a view up to the street above. We did not expect a basement room. The bathroom was looking a bit worn out and the WC outlet was blocked. There was a Rat bait box just outside our window therefore we kept window shut all night

I was given a quiet room, non smoking, for which I was grateful. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful and made one feel at home, The food was good and the service prompt.

It was very clean and the decoration scheme pleasant and to my taste, but perhaps the room was coming up for refurbishment. It would have been nice to have a complimentary beverage facility in the room.

We thought the location for the centre of London was brilliant but the main plus point was the friendliness of all staff which makes all hotel stays. The decor in public rooms was tradional which creates a friendly atmostphere and our room was clean and bed comfy

Easy access to the main stream of London, clean, friendly, parking was ok, it did help that we got a cheap price but my wife thought the whole stay was brilliant despite the cheap price.

Close to tube and Hyde Park

Some members of the staff, not all, did not understand the meaning of service. The sound from the traffic was a bit irritating, and the elevator too small. No toast for breakfast??

Great location, 50' from Hyde Park and early morning runs in the Park, 1/2 block from Underground/Tube and bus stop!. Outstanding breakfast. Excellent Staff with great knowledge on how to navigate your day! And free internet !

staff friendly and hepful

room could do with an update,bathroom floor tiles cracked,however still clean

The majority of the staff were excellent! Very Friendly, helpful and welcoming. I especially like the bar area and Garden Balcony.My room is always clean and tidy and I feel my belongings when left in the room are safe and secure.

The only thing i found disappointing was that I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and my English breakfast has been included in the price, However this time it was not and I have to pay for it in addition to the buffet breakfast (Continental) that came with my room!

We liked the location with good access to the Underground network. Although in a busy area of London the hotel was very quiet, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff were very willing to help if required, it was a nice touch to have a Daily Telegraph on the doormat in the morning too!
