London Elizabeth Hotel

Lokalizacja, tzn. bliskość wszystkich rodzajów transportu publicznego (przystanek autobusowy przy drzwiach hotelu, stacja metra po drugiej stronie, dworzec kolejowy z dogodnym połączeniem z lotniskiem - 3-5 minut spacerkiem), wiele okolicznych restauracyjek i sklepók wspozywczych, park po drugiej stronie ulicy.

Wszystko tam już się rozlatuje. Hotel potrzebuje kapitalnego remontu, a cena jest nadal stosunkowo wysoka. Oczywiście uwzględniam i to, że wszystkie ceny pokoi hotelowych w Londynie są stanowczo za wysokie.

The Reception staff & Night Porter were very efficient & friendly. Size of the bedroom was very good. The hotel is an older building with lots of character.

Bedroom was very tired, in need of re-decoration. On-suite shower was very small and the sliding doors did not slide. Room heating was too hot.

Although the room and staff in reception were fine, the breakfast sesion was an experience/questinable to say the least. My wife and daughter reported the table cloth was dirty with a blob of jam still on the cloth, the personel, were arogant and at 10:00 o clock removed everything when people were still eating. Appalling situation!!

The staff were very friendly and most helpful. Excellent value and location for tube and Central London.

The hotel is in need of major refurbishment. The standard of fixtures, fittings and furniture is very poor - shabby, cracked bathroom tiles, very dirty carpets.

Close to the tube station (Lancaster Gate) and Hyde Park. Staff very friendly. Restaurant very good.

The standard of fixtures and fittings in the bathrooms are dated and in need of renewing. I would say that the standards in the bathrooms probably make the current cost per room a little on the high side.

the location is good and most of hotel staff are good. However, before the day I departured, I asked one staff (a male, older) about train schedule. He told me that on Sunday the train to HTL did not run until 6:30 AM. His information is inaccurate.

The floor seems quite dirty. The hotel needs upgraded.
