Great place to stay if you are showing at excel. Easy to get to and from.
We stayed here for a concert at the O2 and were very impressed. Great staff, rooms and breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Although it says 0.9 miles from the O2 it's not easy to get to on foot so we ended up spending out on taxis which wasn't cheap.
Good wi-fi connection
Quite noisy because of the landing airplanes
Brilliant as we got an upgrade! Great location great rooms
A++ for the cost of the hotel
Burnt pitta bread
Buffet breakfast was good
Long day at work, cold drink required. Overpriced bar served warm drinks advising that the fridge was broken ...
We have stayed here before so knew what to expect. Good location for the cable car to the O2 & DLR railway. Very friendly & helpful staff. Extremely clean. Good food & breakfast served until 11am !
Rather expensive, but no more than you would expect for London. However, excellent service, facilites, location & cleanliness so no complaints whatsoever. Will definitely recommend to others and stay again ourselves.
Coming in at night, most tables were covered in wrappers and glasses. When i asked the price of something i got a tone and attidude remark and no answer which made me feel embarassed. When asked for a breakfast menue to be made to order i was refused until a manager who was sat doing the same told him off. The barmans answer was thathe didnt want to upset the kitchen. Making me feel bad. When i did get my breakfast it was cold so obviously i did upset them. No one checked back and after all that i was too nervous to say anything. Shame as from the building point of view it was lovley with loads of potential.
Room and service was outstanding. Friendly staff and good food. Would highly recommend.
View - of the rennovated docklands area including landmarks like the o2 and cable car were amazing Spa facilities are including and are top notch Staff were very friendly and always on hand to assist
Fantastic location with beautiful views. Great facilities and the food was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff on the whole.
One of the staff members at the pool/spa was very rude and unhelpful. He made us feel very uncomfortable and has a lack of people skills!
The hotel was brilliant
Lovely modern hotel with all the bells and whistles, location excellent
The hotel was very spacious! I would definately go back here even if it wasnt just for an event at the O2 or in london! Would recommend all day long!!
Close to the overground and cable car stations Good value for money Good facilities Helpful staff All and all pleasing experience
The staff were all very friendly. Room was of a good size and bed comfortable enabling a good nights sleep. Liked using the lavender pillow mist. The location of the hotel was good for getting to the O2 arena - no hassle.
I didn't think much of the breakfast. My coffee cup was dirty which wasn't great and put me off a bit. It felt quite basic and lacked atmosphere.
The hotel was beautiful and very cosy!
When we arrived we were given a standard non smoking room, I payed for a king executive suite. When we went back to the reception we had to wait an extra 2 hours before our king executive room was available so we had to leave the hotel and find something else to do. By this time it was a rush for us to get ready for our evening out and we were unable to spend a decent amount of time in our room for which we payed a significant amount for!!
Quiet area.Easy access to London via over rail.
Courteous staff. Good breakfast.
Terrible sounding music speakers in the gym.
Everything in the hotel was great, the beds are to die for, brilliant night sleep
Booked a room nearly a year ago with a queen sized bed, big flat screen tv and Egyptian cotton sheets. When I arrived I was told the room wasn't ready even though they new id booked that room for nearly a year. Then tried to 'upgrade' us to a twin room which is just ridiculous. In the end had I settle for a standard double room. Not impressed at all.
The staff were very friendly and accommodative.the view around the hotel was great, especially around the junior suit that overlooked the millineum dome was superp.
My wife and I like everything about Crowne plaza
The bed was large and comfortable, the staff where very friendly and helpful. We had a bit of a wait to get into the room and as soon as we walked in we was told about the problem and was given a drink and something to eat.
Getting back from the O2 after a show late at night is a real pain because traffic is terrible and the trains stop running around 12:30ish. But this is not the hotels fault, if you go arrange transport back first.
