Great staff, very comfy

We did not get the room we booked! Instead of double bed room we got a family room, the sofa was not that comfortable. The breakfast offer is poor for that kind of hotel.

The size of the room was ideal and location was excellent,Staff were excellent friendly and efficient,excellent food,Will definitely use again

Fantastic location for O2 - right by cable car which takes you straight there in 10 mins. Really friendly and helpful staff - I travelled with my sister who is 6 months pregnant. We'd booked twin room but staff upgraded us to family room with 2 doubles.

We hadn't checked to see if it had a pool (it did) and so hadn't packed swimsuits - our own fault!

Friendly staff and comfy beds

I liked the location, and the staff made the hotel. from Checking in to having food at the bar all the staff that we came in contact with we extreamly friendly.

There was nothing that I did not like about my trip or stay.

Frozen chips with traditional fish, chips & peas. Surely hand made chips should be served!! Very slippery bath with no grab rails.... an accident waiting to happen.

Mini bar prices! £3 for can of coke?!

My daughter and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza as we were attending a concert at the O2 Centre. The location turned out to be perfect as the entrance to the Emirates cable car service is across the road from the hotel, so on a bright sunny evening we were able to take the cable car across to the arena, which was a great start to our evening. The journey back to the hotel was not quite as scenic, but equally quick and convenient as the DLR service is a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was fine. Friendly, helpful staff; our room was clean with a great view of the docklands, and we had a decent breakfast. The Crowne Plaza hotel suited our needs very well

My bed was extremely comfortable but my daughter's was not. There was a large dip in the centre of the mattress which my daughter kept rolling into, and she woke up a few times because of it.

Hotel was nice, very close to the O2 . I enjoyed the cable car ride . Lovely breakfast .

So expensive to eat and drink in the bar , would not eat again due to the expense . Staff really couldn't understand well . Language barrier with some . Wrong orders taken and other guests had noticed that too .

Rooms were immaculate and very clean. The hotel was spotless. Rooms are very luxurious comfy. 3 minute walk to the DLR.

I cannot pick fault with this hotel at all.

We arrived late as we travelled after our work finished, it took us about 3 and a 1/2 hours. I was shattered as well as knowing I had to do the London marathon the next day. We were pleasantly surprised that we had been upgraded. The suite was fantastic. The beds were heaven surrounded by my loved ones. I made sure that I got the names of the bed maker and linen. I can truly say that I is the best nights sleep I've ever had. My stay was made up by your hotel's hospitality.

My husband ordered himself a chicken burger from room service which was reasonably priced, but I was shocked when I saw that I was charged £4.50 for a can of redbull!!! I don't mind being charged for good quality food and drink, but I could have walked 100yards and got three for that price.

The staff were excellent. The facilities also were great, and another time we would like to have had more time to enjoy the spa too. The rooms were spacious with stylish fittings, as was the en-suite

The bed itself was a bit too soft, and conversely the pillows were far too thick and hard. I ended up using a throw cushion to rest my head on because it was just too uncomfortable otherwise. A shame because otherwise I loved the hotel itself

Lovely room and excellent location

Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly - rendered true customer service. Breakfast was excellent. Fantastic location. Room was good size, clean and excellent value for money, if double occupancy.

Cheap iron - could easily burn clothes. Disappointed that a hotel of this calibre could not provide free wi fi.

We got upgraded to Executive Suite which was fantastic! Large lcd tv in both rooms. Beautiful view over the dock. Very close to cable car Emirates airline to get over the river. Tesco close to hotel. Minibar fridge in room which we could use for our own food.

Personal electronic safe in room didn't work, although we could store passports/devices in deposit boxes by reception instead. Shower leaked. Not free WiFi in the room per sé, just two hours free at slow speeds. Many hotels now advertise do the same, it's quite misleading to say "Free Wireless Internet!"

Room was really comfortable, quiet and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom with plenty of toiletries. Really good curtains!

Price of the breakfast is quite expensive

Bar/ grill service little slow in afternoon.

Tea poured from flasks in dining room at breakfast was coloured grey Repair to roof above steam room meant I couldn't use this on second day Car parking charges irritating rather than excessive, pondering why hotel charges for parking anyway,

The hotel was clean well laid out and had good parking if required. Although the transport was not in full service when I visited the links to public transport was good.

I found the cost of drink in the hotel was a bit high compared to more local establishments.
