leaving rooms were cramped, "breakfast" was toast and jam. wi-fi was impossible to use, and the staff repeatedly told new guests it was temporary, though our entire 6-night stay wifi was inoperable. 2 dirty showers, 2 toilets and 1 sink per floor. approx. 60 beds per floor. no ventilation and lack of shower access made the rooms quite pungent. lots of noise at night, don't expect to get much sleep. no lockers in the rooms, lockers cost 1.50/day, but don't expect to get one. they were always "full" even when we were the only guests in our room. do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Lamp and electric sockets beside each bed. Good price. Free breakfast. Large common area. Have to walk for 10 to15 minutes from Lambeth North station. The area is quite scary at night (nothing dangerous actually, just that the street is always empty). Very crowded and not so clean.

The location is the best thing I appreciated. The receptionist gave me chance to change room because the assigned berth did not have lighting and electric socket. Free wifi Poor Facilities (2 tiny toilets often out of service, a baby sink for more than 50 people) Poor ordinary maintenance ( no lights in the toilets, no hot water in 3rd level shower) Crowded rooms

The hostel was clean and I noticed owners pay much attention to it. It's suitable for the travellers who prefer staying for 3-4 days. The sheets were clean and the staff was very nice. Good location.

I liked all, all the Hostel was perfect, the staff were pleasant and they resolved all my doubts, and all, because i had a small problem with the plug and they were very attent to give me a solution. The ubication of the hostel is perfect, only 10 or 15 min to Weistminster, and very close from the Lambeth North underground. The hostel was absolutly clean and is a very good place to meet people from different countries. I recommend this hostel, is very nice

The price 15 GBP/night breakfast incl. Over booking.com That it still had free places. Good location. Good staff. Kitchen to use. I have slept suprizingly well. 12 bed room was suprizingly quiet. Good temperature and ventilation. Free WiFi - but often slow, unreliable. Constantly running tv in the hall, no quiet room with table or couch. Almost full 12 bed mixed-sex room.

Good position (zone 1 close to the underground station), free wifi, dayly cleaning. The room was too small for 14 people ( I mean no space, and noisy all the time)

nothing really ... Bathrooms were not clean, toilet even worse, rooms are not too bad, but not quite good for the price. Public facilities are awful. I have never been in a hostel with such an unpleasant staff. It is quite far from the City and in a very bad area.

The cereal and Wi-Fi: The staff should know more they didn't really have the answers we were looking for. They work for tourists they shouldn't have to Google or call someone for a simple anwser.

The staff was very rude. Especially, the bald guy at reception. For some reason he thought that I'm Chinese, asked me something in Chinese and when I said that I'm not Chinese but from another country, he said "Oh, sh...t!". I felt that I'm being insulted. After this, he looked at me frowning showing that he didn't like me.

Nothing. They say London Eye 15 by walk but it is the other side of the Bridge and bridge is at least 25 minutes by walk :/ Even nearest station is not Waterloo :/ Think about it. If It would be 15 minutes by walk, Waterloo could be near. It was dirty a lot, futhermore ıt was expensive as a hostel and it is not close to westminster, London Eye, Westminster Abbey etc. But They wrote their website London Eye 15 minutes by walk.

The guy at the front desk was extremely helpful. The hotel is probably much better suited to the younger travelers. (I'm far too old to be queueing in the corridor for a shower in the morning!)

The location of the hostel is fairly good as it is a 5-10 min walk to Lambert North Underground Tube station. It makes travelling more easier. Night buses also services along Lambert North Road that allows you to travel back easily even at night. The 15-bed dorm is way too cram as some hostel stayers just leave their belongings everywhere on the floor, leaving no space for others to walk.
