Tolles Bett, Zimmer sind sehr ruhig, super Lage direkt am Terminal 5, von dort aus ist das Hotel in ca. 5 Gehminuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, es ist gut ausgeschildert. Der Transfer vom Terminal 1-4 zum Terminal 5 ist mit dem Airporttrain kostenlos. Die "Standart"-Zimmer sind relativ klein. Kein Fön auf dem Zimmer! Internationales tv gegen Gebühr! Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception waren jeweils unfreundlich. |

Die Sauberkeit im Hotel war einwandfrei. Das Personal am Empfang zuvorkommend. Mit anderen Mitarbeitern hatten wir nichts zu tun. Falsche Auskunft über die Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants. |

Lage Betten zu weich, Verllangten GBP 15,- pro internationalem Fernsehkanal, welche im üblichen frei sind (z.B. 3Sat, RTL, Sat1, ... etc.), Dagegen fielen die GBP 6,- pro Stunde Internet relativ moderat aus. |

The location of the hotel adjacent to Terminal 5 was very desireable. The services and the facilities were outstanding. Travel to central London was accessible by Heathrow Express. Good value, convenient and well operated. |

Service was outstanding. Your staff are very well versed in appropriate interactions and service. Amenities were everything we had been hoping for as we traveled throughout the UK and France but didn't find. You literally thought of everything needed. Others could learn a great deal from you. |

Reception was excellent and the stay was a great relief, given earlier experiences of trying to get to hotels just outside Heathrow late on Sunday night. Staff also suggested a car to terminal 4 in the morning which was great value in comparison to the effort involved in moving heavy cases over the various train connections. No complaints at all |

Access to metro is good for going into London. Heathrow Express train is free for travel to other terminals at the airport. Hotel staff are pleasant and hotel room was everything we needed. We would stay at the Sofitel again. |

ease of in/out T5, and comfort/standard of accomodation waiting for 20 minsutes to check-in, then another 5-10 to pick up left luggage (concierge had dissappeared). It was about 11pm at night. |

ease in/out T5, its nice comfortable hotel, rooms great. Auissie bar staff great Noit being able to eat at the bar (beyond 4-5 very snack-likle meals). Preferred curry dish form restautant opposite but bar manager (english)wasnt overly helpful on that score and said Id have to go sit in restaurant.... alons is not ideal whereas bar is more relaxed |
