Perfect for an over night stay while transiting London, well connected to T5 saved dragging luggage in and out of London on the train

Out of normal hours food options limited to the relatively expensive room service, not good when your jet lagged and have woken up at 3am needing to eat.

I loved the bed and the Tea 5 room. Such relaxation.

Wished there was a minibar

I like so many things about this hotel; How easy it was to find. When you come out of the lift from the car park below, you get a sense of relaxtion, culture and fantastic ambience. Everything is perfectly signed in the hotel, like restaurants, bars and the reception. There was a slight queue to check in when we arrived, however we barely stood still before a member of staff came to us and welcomed us, taking our name and informing the receptionist that we would like to check in. Check in was incredibly quick and easy and the receptionist was very professional. Our room was lovely and fautless, for the price I paid I was expecting alot less, however, I couldn't have hoped for more. It is so quiet in the room, seeing as when you step outside it is so noisy, not even people in the corridor can be herd. We dined in Brasserie Roux, the decor is beautiful and the food was delicious. I would recommened this hotel to anybody and I will certainly return.

I hate to mention this but it did dampen our departure, when we went to leave the car park and pay at the machine the tariff quoted 40pounds for up to 24 hours (non residents) and 15 pounds for residents. I felt a bit cheated by this as we had spent alot of money in the hotel the night before and thought there could be more information on how to get resident rates via the machine.

Very quiet for a hotel near an airport.

I have to follow a special diet and the waitress in the Vivre restaurant was extremely helpful and brought me special gluten free rolls for my meal without my having to ask for them. OUTSTANDING. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in, and the room was perfect - totally silent, airconditioning completely unnoticeable yet effective, altogether a very good experience indeed.

The breakfast buffet in Vivre was too expensive at 20 sterling a head, especially for those of us who don't eat much at that time of day!

I chose to stay at the Sofitel as we had an early flight from T5 next morning. It was an excellent choice, comfortable and convenient - it was a short walk to the terminal, and as we had already checked in, there was no hassle. The rooms were comfortable and the whole experience was positive and started the holiday off well.

Its convenience to Heathrow Airport and the sub way and train systems It is better hotel than any other at the airport.

Closeness to airport. Comfort of bed was outstanding.

Restaurants were too expensive.

The room was quiet and very modern.

You didn't have a blow dryer for hair.

Very modern decor,extremely comfortable bed,no noise whatsoever,Stressless armchair and a wet room rather than conventional bathroom.
