Sofitel London Heathrow  

O hotel é lindotem varios espaços lindos e com ótima comida e tem um jardim zen excelente

Excelente para quem vai embarcar em Heathrow. O restaurante do hotel é surpreendentemente bom.

Não gostei de ter recebido ligação do restaurante do hotel perguntando se havia assinado a conta quando paguei em dinheiro. Pior ainda que a ligação foi quase às 11h da noite e já estava dormindo.

Convenience to terminal 5.

Time taken to book in and out always a queue as most paperwork is done by the guests prior to staying why does it take so long? Kindly note I would never recommend anything as what suits me may not suit someone else. Most companies work with a minimum of staff and I'm certainly not going to be their marketing department for them.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at the Sofitel Heathrow. The gym was nice, the spa and massages were terrific, and the bed was heavenly. I was so inspired by your linens that I decided to upgrade my bedding at home. Thanks for a lovely respite between long flights.

The comfort and cleanliness of the hotel.

The receptionist attitude on checking in before check in time. Was rudely informed that I was early and unable to check in yet, however for the privilage of £50, I would be able to be checked in 2 hours earlier. After a long haul flight and much needed rest, being greeted like this, especially as it was the return leg of our honeymoon was disgraceful!I Understand that the hotel is a business and there are early check in fees that are required, but a £50 fee for a 2 hour early check in on a room that cost me £89 + vat, is a bit extornionate. Most other hotels will charge around £20-25, which is a fee I would be more willing to pay!

This was our 2nd stay within a week and we were thrilled to be upgraded onto the club floor which included wifi free breakfast and lounge access. The room was very comfortable, the beds great.The concierge staff were fantastic and arranged for us to use the computers in the downtown London Sofitel as we wanted to book our airline seats at a certain time and we were downtown. Our breakfast waiter was not attentive but another lovelywaitress looked after us after we complained.Again some of the checkin staff were on the whole unfriendly and frankly "snooty"

For the 2nd time in one week we had trouble convincing the check out staff that the booking was pre-paid by Booking. Com. After a long argument the staff member made some phone calls & said "yes you're right" but did not offer an apology. We are being reimbursed for the first night, the clerk said we were being charged vat which I challenged but she refused to back down and as we had a plane to catch I left it . On checking the bill later we found we'd been charged for the whole reservation!

It being walking distance to Terminal 5, as I had an early morning flight the following morning. Also enjoyed an excellent dinner.

Everything! I wanted to stay near Terminal 5 to catch a plane the next day and it was luxurious and within walking distance. I will definately break up my trip again this way next time.

Location at the airport was superb. Very convenient for a short layover. Reception staff very pleasant

Beds were so comfortable and we couldn't stay longer. Pity we had to leave

At the price of this hotel free WiFi should be included. Internet access is a necessity like electricity, not an add-on. It was so expensive to pay the access fee at £14.95 per device that we were forced to upgrade to a different class of room in order to avoid these fees.

Very comfortable modern room. Excellent buffet breakfast.

the room was very neat & Clean, bed is very comfy. washroom setting is great, robes fluffy and new, coffee setting is great. in one word the setting of the room is very comfortable and luxury. I enjoyed my short stay in that hotel.

the front desk staff are so laid back, I waited over 15 minutes at the counter to get the attention of somebody to help me, yet they saw me standing I had to shout Hello to someone to come over. this was very bad for such beautiful hotel.
