Hotelul Sofitel Heathrow are acces direct la terminalul 5, prin intermediul unei pasarele acoperite. Acesta are un centru modern de spa terapeutic, o sală de gimnastică deschisă nonstop, 2 baruri şi 2 restaurante, printre care şi La Belle Epoque. Terminalele 1, 2, 3 şi 4 sunt conectate printr-o linie feroviară gratuită Heathrow Express/Connect Heathrow, situată la doar 150 de metri de hotel. Hotelul Sofitel pune la dispoziție parcare auto şi salon de coafură. După sau înaintea unui zbor lung, oaspeţii pot lua masa într-unul dintre restaurante sau pot savura ceai şi prăjituri la Tea Salon. La Belle Époque serveşte preparate din bucătăria clasică franceză, într-un cadru elegant. I had a thirteen hour layover at Heathrow. I was able to walk over the bridge, check into the Sofitel Heathrow, relax for a while and have a good nights sleep before heading back to the airport for my flight home to Los Angeles. It made a very long trip bearable. The room was lovely. The bed was wonderfully comfortable.

I can't imagine a more comfortable, luxurious and convenient hotel. Everything was just as it should be - this looks like a really well- managed hotel. You are totally cocooned from the stresses of Heathrow Airport and can relax in luxury. Friendly and attentive staff look after their guests very well. Can't think of anything!

Location. Can walk to terminal 5 - no need for shuttles Could not fill Bath up very high. Was really looking forward to a nice soak in the bath but overflow prevention device is set too low and not much joy in a half empty bath.

Good quality hotel right on terminal 5. Would say best airport hotel at heathrow. Facilities were good, but... They all seemed to be closed. Arrived mid afternoon and apart from tea room all restaurants and bars were shut. Went out and came back at 9. Apart from one bar all again shut. If you've paid for facilities hotel should put on staff to use them!

Location, close to Heathrow airport and esay to reach with Express train. Good restaurant. Easy to go to the city center if needed. A bit overprice for such hotel. Parking very expensive. Pay attention if you are leaving early morning, the train is not operating before 05:00 AM

Everything. The bathroom with absolutely fantastic with a spa tub and separate shower. Lighted mirror on the large mirror. Plenty of room on each side of the sink for put toiletries for both myself and son. The beds were the best that I had in a month. Only stayed because we had to transfer to London Heathrow. Came from Naples. What a treat and surprise. Right onto terminal 5 and a free bus to terminal 4. No fish and chips in either restaurant downstairs. Had to order it from our room. Would have preferred to eat in the restaurant but no big deal. Could have had another chair in the room.

Impressed by the five star quality, the more so because that isn't where I normally stay. The location - within easy walking distance of terminal five was why I chose it, and it did not disappoint.

I wanted a good hotel within walking distance from terminal 5 as I had a very early start. The hotel was withing easy walking distance from the airport, was huge, very clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Great bed.
