The location of the hotel(T5) was great with its covered walkway to the terminal for an early flight. The bed was so comfortable we wanted to stay longer. Dinner was expensive (but excellent).

LOCATION, LOCATION, AND LOCATION!!!! Very comfortable bed, wonderful bathroom, excellent restaurants, great staff! I have stayed at Sofitel Hotels four times in my life, the first three on business - and something has gone wrong each time and always due to management rules. Other than that, they're great!

Convenience of access to Heathrow Terminal 5. This is the reason I chose the hotel as I had an early flight The price, esp. the lack of single rooms. As a solo traveller I had to pay the same as 2 people. Fine for those on expense accounts, but not for a holidaymaker!

Good size room. Good wifi. Relaxing chair in room. Nice spa. I wanted to have the checkout in the same day that I checked in.. But they only gave the option to check out at 6 pm although I wanted to check out at 8 pm.. So I had to pay the full day rate (I stayed for 8 hours only)

Pleasant Room That it is advertised as being adjacent to the airport, but there is no mention of the fact that the walk from my bedroom to t5 arrivals was at least 10 minutes. Hardly adjacent and for a disabled passenger (me) it was very, very tiring

The staff were very attentive and helpful - everyone from room service, to front desk to concierge personnel. Excellent business service facilities. Very comfortable, clean and quiet rooms despite being an airport facility. A bit pricey compared to similar properties at airports around the world. No free WIFI which, at this price, business travelers have come to expect.
