Everybody was extremely helpful and a special mention must be made for a Mr Jade Blasse. When we signed in he asked us for what occasion our visit was ans I mentioned that it was our 70th birthday and our 50th wedding anniversary as I was about to leave the desk he suggested perhaps I would like have a glass of champagne I thought this a good idea so started to make my way to the restautrant when he appeared at my side and said this is on me, I was so taken aback and did not expect this so many thanks to the Hilton and will be back as the service is A1
Bed was very hard
The location .but you could find a better location with better value
The Rate , its missing many thing ,the expensive wifi
Room too small for three
New mattress needed but everything else excellent.
Location Restaurant and bar
We emailed the hotel 3 weeks earlier and asked for an early check in as we arrived in London at 12pm but had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in
It was our first visit, and the staff were really helpful, and even went the extra mile when they found out it was also our anniversary.
There was nothing we could not say we didn't like. One small observation was that should cash be required there didn't seem to be an in -house ATM which could prove to be useful at times.
Excellent morden hotel with excellent facilities. The restaurants are A grade & it is I in the prime area of town.
Car park rates are daylight robbery & avoid at all costs. Mini bar in hotel room is a no go area (£8 for 250ml of Evian water)!!
This was a well run hotel with excellent access to central London and great views over Hyde Park and the city. The quality of service was exemplary at every level.
Very bad housekeeping and concierge service
Location, accommodation, breakfast
Entrance a bit run down, not the usual Hilton Standards.
Great location, and excellent transport links
We visit this hotel every year and staff are always welcoming and professional. Rooms are good standard and clean. Breakfast is great and of course location is great for our needs. Will be returning next year again for sure.
The view from the room was good.
The food (including Breakfast) was not great - quality and taste were poor. Breakfast in particular was more what you would expect from mass catering. I was surprised that there was no music facility in the rooms Queuing to check in and check out was very surprising for a hotel that purports to be 5 star. The noise from other rooms owing tot the thin partitions was also annoying and, again, surprising given the purported quality of the Hotel.

The hotel is in a great location with fantastic views of Hyde park and green park. We had a room on the 25 floor the window seat and view was lovely. We booked an executive room with lounge access which included afternoon tea 3-5 nibbles and alcoholic drinks 6-10pm. The bar on the 28th floor has fantastic views and well worth a visit. As a celebration the hotel provided a fruit plate, a small cake and a card which was a lovely touch.
Unfortunately our room had a few minor problems which based on the cost per night was disappointing. We had stains and water leak marks on the carpet, and what resembled cigarette burns. There was an area of damage on the skirting board and the electric sockets were loose. Unfortunately the reception forgot to unlock our mini bar- we were not made aware that this was necessary and thought we had a faulty fridge. We did note these elements to reception for future guest. The manager didn't seem particularly concerned.
Restaurant very crowded at breakfast. Had to ask for help with bags on arrival
Most of the staff are nice but a few of them are not so nice and do not have service minds
the bed was very uncomfortable
Friendly and very good staff. Great location.
Mini bar fridge did not work. Drinks in bar very expensive but I guess all hotels on Park Lane similar !
Stunning location and views. Excellent quality hotel for a very reasonable rate.
Only staying 1 night!
The guy at the door was so friendly and helpful. All the staff were fab
