The location was wonderful. Went for 'Proms in the Park' (across the road), Harrods & Harvey Nicks a 15 minute stroll away and Regent Stree & Oxford Street close by. Plenty of good places to eat locally. Breakfast was exceptional, but the Dining Room is quite small, so a short wait for a table is a possibility. Trader Vic (Basement Restaurant) was excellent - but watch out fo0r the 'optional 15% Service Charge' whilst the Credit Card machine will also ask you if you want to leave a 'Gratuity'. Not ethical, but watch out for it, disappointing as the prices are quite high already. Sensational vies of London from Gavin's on the 28th Floor. Free 'Left Luggage'. 15% 'Optional Service Charge' in Trader Vic's' Restaurant. |

The facilities, the excelent location close of the most important interest places to tourist, good food, good staff service, the city view from the room is wonderful. good buffet breakfast. The room was not very big. I required a extra bed and the space was really reduced in the room, not easy to walk in. |

Overall great hotel for the price I paid. Great location across from Hyde Park. Close to public transportation, buses and the tube. Concierge was great! Had a leak in the bathroom from the toilet above....disgusting. Didn't send housekeepng to clean, just let the water drip onto towels all night until it finally stopped in the am. Ask for air conditioning immediately if you want any cool air. Took 2 calls, but they finally got it! Elevators are getting a new system. Was on the 18th floor. |

The concierge desk was very helpful. The front desk staff was difficult. Our air conditioner did not work and it took them 8 hours to figure out that something was wrong. It never really worked so it was warm and very humid in our room all week. They suggested we open the window. |

Value for money, especially because stayed during spring promotion. Located nearby Mayfair. It was a renewed room, some small stuff like fire alarm lighting and bathroom looked unfinished. Bread limited during breakfast, eggs and sausages were not tastefull at all. |

I liked the breakfast, however on my last day they ran out of honey. The staff at reception wasnt very friendly and at most spots we found most of the staff is not a professional. The elevator system is really really bad, often lower floors have to wait half an hour to get a ride to the lobby as there is no stairs that are available for the customer. |
