We have stayed here twice now and the service and location are excellent. Magnificent views of London from the rooms are a highlight. On a very busy Friday afternoon the staff were patient and friendly.

No free wifi in rooms.

The check out is to early.

Good clean hotel, just what my daughter and I wanted, if a little pricey. Staff were helpful, food excellent. All in all a good place to stay.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and were exceptionally clean Fantastic location, walking distance to Westend Theatreland and Picadilly Circus/Oxford Regent Street Shopping. The breakfast had an amazing choice and all freshly cooked and prepared. The Hotel has fantastic array of Bars and choice of restaurants if you are looking to not venture out into London of an Evening. Staff exceptionally helpful and polite and room was ready a long time before our Check in time which allowed us to settle into the room before embarking on our day in London. I would definatly recommend this Hotel to anybody wanting somewhere luxurious to stay in London for business or pleasure

For a 5 *Mayfair hotel, the bedroom did seem a little dated with the classic hilton syle decor compared to other 4 and 5* London Hotels I have stayed in, and the bathroom looked a little tired.

Excellent location, with amazing views of London. Room was a good size and modern. We just wish we had stayed for longer than 1 night! We will definitely be back.

Die Aussicht auf die Stadt war wirklich super. Sicht auf Big Ben, London Eye. Das Hotel liegt nur 2 U-Bahn Stationen vom Piccadilly Circle entfernt.

Der Cafe im Restaurant und die Croissant sind unverschämt teuer.

Loved the location, good rooms, fabulous view from the rooms. Drinks at Galvin were beautiful in gorgeous setting, and we also visited Trader Vics for late night drinks and dancing - great fun. Breakfast (when you got seated!) was great, plenty to choose from and good quality.

Queuing for breakfast - they are serisouly short of room at breakfast for a hotel of this size. Room cleaning was average, always a little something missed in all of our rooms. I know it is a very small thing, but no biscuit with the tea and coffee in a room that cost £300 per night?!

My room was changed from a King room, but it was not clearly stated whether I received an upgrade or not

Bit on the expensive side, but standard for the location.

Great staff.. Clean and a spot on location and only a short walk to buck palace.. With the tube within a short walk of your door

the room was very comfortable and the ground floor restaurant served good food. The staff in all areas were excellent

Great position; walling distance to center, shopping streets, important tourist attractions( Buckingham palace, Trafalgar square, Oxford street, Piccadilly, Pall Mall, museums amd theaters).

Was once not given seats in the bar at 28th floor at midnight, although several tables were free. After complaining at management, the restaurant next to it, gave a table. After arriving home the general manager of the hotel sent an email with invitation to the bar on the hotels cost at my next stay!
