Breakfast was lovely but very pricey.
All the staff were very friendly and efficient
Location was great, it was just a 3 minute walk to Selfridges, Oxford Street shopping galore. Hyde Park was just a 10 mins walk and we managed to visit the Christmas shopping experience. Subway is just a 5 mins walk. Gordon Ramsay's Maze Restaurant is the Hotels main restaurant so you can get Gordon Ramsay's food in your room!! The Housekeeping people were really helpful and nice. The TV Channels are great and you have many selection. The room is snuggly, although the toilet is a bit tight for us. The Bed is truly awesome, in 5 mins of lying down you will definitely sleep.
During check-out at 5AM to catch our 800AM flight, the receptionist lady did not clarify much about payment and did not issue a receipt and was kind of rude. After I called the hotel back after reaching the airport, the other person on the phone was definitely much better and even explained everything and emailed me a copy of my receipt within 24 hours. Hope to improve as its a minor hiccup.
I like the comfort of bed
bed room was too small and the bathroom is to small The doors where very heavy not easy to open
One off the check in staff miserable. Wifi very expensive!
Location perfect for walking all over London. Maze restaurant is aMAZing ! Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely plate of sweet goodies for my birthday! Good size room but we had chosen our room carefully.
Sound proofing not great - quite a bit of traffic noise. Room quite masculine - no mirror above dressing table/work table so hard to apply make up, do hair etc.
We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel staff made the visit a very comfortable stay. The hotel is located only a block away from the Oxford St shops and a short walk to Bond St Tube. The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful with luggage and checking in.
Everything apart from cold floors. Breakfast service excellent
Laminted floors in bedroom very cold and there were not any slippers. Apart from this excellent hotel
location and the use of the lounge.
standard rooms were very much on the small side we had to upgrade as it was far too small and therefore pay extra. your paying for the location more than the room itself and therefore on the expensive side. if money wasn't an issue i would probably stay again but would have to opt for a larger room as the premier inn has bigger room sizes as standard
The location The room The beds The toiletries The view The polite, friendly and efficient staff The upgrade we were given when the accommodation we were offered was not what we had booked. The girl on reception was so kind and polite and gave us a lovely room with a fantastic view.Thank you.
Rooms Location Staff Best we've stayed in London
Great location , nice staff.
Room very small
Location is ideal for shopping
The rooms are on the smaller side unless your willing to pay extra and upgrade. Pricy for that size of room.
This hotel was in central walking distance for Oxford street, Hyde park and Piccadilly Circus. We arrived before our room was ready and the hotel were able to hold our bags in a safe place for us to go out and explore. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfy and we had a lovely view of the gardens. Next time we visit London, we will be booking the Marriott again.
Helpful staff, strategic location for boxing day
You will have to pay for the wifi
Location and the Restaurants
Room size too small
location friendly staff comfortable beds CLub lounge-nothing fancy but convinient
Some renovations could be nice-but its London, thats the charm.
Walking distance to tubes, Oxford St and many attractions. Good gym. Highly recommend.
One of the 2 beds was saggy. No bar fridge
very small room; no atmosphere; no 5-star hotel (maybe 4); old-style; slow personal
The hotel was too noisy barely slept ! The bed and pillows are horrible, definitely my first and lasttime staying there
Location, quiet good facilities in the room and a very comfortable bed.
Bathroom was very small
It was too noisy! Could hear the shower next door! Couldnt sleep well pillow is too bad Doors slamming all day starting from 7 AM! I would recommend this hotel to whoever has a hearing problems since they wouldnt hear properly. بالكويتي الوضع سمرة
Paid 2 full days GBP 92,- , for 28 hours of parking!
Spacious, comfortable room which was very clean and modern. Great location just a few steps away from Oxford Street. Choice of local restaurants nearby.
The pay movies did not work. After one and a half hours of an engineer in our room trying to fix it we were no further forward. We never did get to watch a movie. The knock on our door at 8.50am in the morning when I had just got out of the shower asking what time we would be checking out! Great buffet breakfast but didn't like the lack of choice for the full English breakfast. You got what you were given. Very poor quality streaky bacon rashers. Not what you expect for £17 per head!
