Beds were extremely comfortable The Bar - not a place you could unwind at the end of a days sightseeing or shopping. Had no choice of beer. Very expensive. Rooms a little small and bathrooms tiny.

Very close to Shopping center in Oxford street. Reception area is too noisy as the restaurant is opened to the reception as well as when there is a function in the ballroom ; it's a real mess.

Clean and nice room. King size comfortable bed. The main prblem I experienced. When I arrived we agreed with a manager, as the stay was just for one night, that my card is charged for the stay without pre-athorization.And my minibar will be blocked, I have to pay cash for any extras etc. But then three hours later when we were out for dinner, another manager without checking the situation not authorized my card (which I could somehow understand) butcharged me again for the stay plus 100 pounds ( all together 315 pounds!!! And now when three days has passed they still didn't return the money to my account, though the manager sweared that it will happen next day. Very unprofessional! And another small thing: In the room booked for three just one set of toletleries: bath gel, soap, shampoo..

Mooi luxe hotel met heel vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel, van de receptie tot in het restaurant en bar. In het hotel kun je in de Maze Grill van Gordon Ramsay heerlijk eten. En het hotel beschikt over een mooie, nieuwe sportzaal. Het hotel ligt slechts een paar minuutjes van Regent Street. Top!!! Helemaal niks

Отель розташовано поруч з однією з найбільш шопінгових вулиць міста - Oxford str.( до неї буквально 100-150 метрів. ) та чудовим сквером. Також зовсім поруч Гайт Парк. Не зважаючи на те що це практично центр міста безпосередньо навколо отель достатньо затишно. Ну и класичні для Marriott ліжка стандарту Kingsize - це супер. У нас був номер 503 де досить гучно працювала система загальної вентиляції

I requested a light, bright and airy room as I suffer from panic attacks & mild claustrophobia when sleeping in new places with little outside light and on arrival we were upgraded to accomodate this request. Staff were polite, proffessional and conversed with genuine smiles on their faces, they were kind, corteous, quick and thorough - faultless! The Maze Grill is linked to the hotel but do book as soon as you can, we phoned via the hotel to make a booking and managed to get a table just inside of 3 hours later. Food and wine list brilliant! You should not have to pay for wifi access in addition to the room bill for a hotel of that standing.
